I bought the HealRay system several months ago and loved the device. It stopped working after about 2 months. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. I received a new device and sent the old one. back. I am very happy with the device and the service I received. I highly recommend the HealRay system.

The Healray device has helped issues I experienced with my palate. Great customer support too.

I’ve been using the Healray device for about six months, every night, for six minutes at a time. I didn’t have any major gum issues such as bleeding, but even so, I’ve noticed a clear benefit: my gums feel healthier, firmer, and more resilient.

The battery lasts for about five days, which is not a big problem, though it could certainly last longer. The gel is expensive and doesn’t last very long, and to be honest, it’s difficult for a regular user to evaluate its quality. I trust Healray’s claim that using the gel enhances the results of the device, so I’ve continued to use it.

Throughout these months, the company has always responded quickly to my questions, and I haven’t seen anything that would reflect negatively on them. In the end, they treated me well and resolved my concerns promptly.

I ordered the Heal Ray device, and I’m very happy with it. I was experiencing burning gums, and it helped tremendously. The customer service is absolutely amazing—they respond quickly and make sure any concerns are addressed right away. I highly recommend both the device and the company!

I have been using the gel and red light therapy for approximately 6 months and cannot tell any difference in my gums. Even after using it for that long and going to the dentist for an exam and cleaning, nothing was mentioned that my gums look better.

I’ve been using my HealRay for a few months. I’ve noticed that my gums feel stronger and a small difference in my receding gums. My HealRay needed to be charged after every 5 times I used it and after sharing this with customer service, they are sending a replacement one. Service was quick and helpful. Thank you. The gel applicator doesn’t last very long and new ones are quite expensive. Perhaps these should be looked at for some improvement. Overall my experience has been positive and the service was great.

I was very impressed with the customer service and quick response I got. I had messed up on my order, so I contacted them and they were very happy to fix my order.

I reached out to customer support as I thought I had received the old version of the Heal Ray as there was no 5 minute timer on mine. They were quick to respond and arranged for a replacement to be delivered, no questions asked. Very pleased and looking forward to using the new and improved version.

I bought the Heal Ray system system about 5 months ago but packed up today. Emailed support and within a day received a response to replace the faulty one. Awesome response time and outcome! Thank you Heal Ray!

I just ordered this product, they have great customer service reviews with many product failure comments.Im praying for good results! It would be nice to find a company that actually provides a product that works! if so I will give glowing reviews!

My device has been used 7 times successfully.
Now It beeps and begins flashing after about 2 seconds of use.
Made sure it is fully charged.

I saw some improvements in my gums. I don’t have much bleeding and infections since I used Heal ray.I hope my gums returns to normal. Only the gum gel is pricey. Heal Ray should give more discounts. Not everyone can afford it.

I just received my Heal Ray package two days ago. I have peridontal gum issues but can’t have treatment since I’m taking a blood thinner. I’m encouraged that this will hopefully slow down progression. My only issue is that the toothpaste pumper didn’t work so I contacted the company who is going to send me a new one.

I am a happy customer. It definitely had a positive effect on my receiving gums. after one year of daily use, it ceased to work, I contacted Healray and they have told me they will be shipping a replacement as quick as possible.
I will be patiently waiting.

I gave 4.5 stars…because nothings perfect and because I truely believe it is helping my dental health.
I initially brought 2… one for my husband and one for me. Mine stopped working after a week or two,I contacted Healray and a new one was promptly sent to me.

I use mine twice a day sometime three!
I do believe that it is very beneficial oral care and would recommend to those people with gum issues. I like the toothpaste too, a little exy but the buy 2 get 1 free helps. Exchange rates make it expensive. My sister has brought one to and likes it.
