Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with Keep did not meet your expectations.

Just to clarify, the default repayment period for the Keep card is monthly. There is also an option to repay weekly through our Statement Extension feature, which is offered to eligible customers for extra flexibility and is completely optional.

We understand how disappointing it can be to lose access to rewards. However, as outlined in our program terms, accounts that have entered a past due status may become ineligible for reward redemption, even if payment is later completed. These policies are in place to help maintain a fair and consistent experience for all customers.

We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve the way we communicate our terms and features.
