Ordered this after my third dose bump because the constipation was getting old. I'm three weeks in and things are moving again, which is honestly all I wanted. It also means I'm not buying fiber, electrolytes and magnesium separately anymore, which is a nice bonus. Tastes like a weak lemonade, which suits me fine.

The lemonade flavor is good! This supplement helps me stay hydrated because after mixing it in my water, I continue drinking water all day. My energy has been steadier since I started, especially in the afternoon. So convenient too. Highly recommend.

What first caught my atention was the digestive support, but I quickly noticed Lenia was doing more than that. My energy on the days I mix it in has been noticeably steadier. Fits into my morning without any fuss and the lemonade flavor is light, not overpowering. Really glad I found it.
