Dit is totale oplichterij! Dit werkt voor geen meter. Ik heb er eind juli 2 gekocht en nooit geen mug mee gevangen! Als ik beroep wou doen op mijn 90 dagen geld-terug garantie heb ik nooit geen reactie gekregen van Zovihome. Ik heb een tiental mails gestuurd maar tevergeefs voor mijn tijd en en de 75 euro die ik ervoor betaald heb! Pure oplichting das het enige, juiste woord hiervoor!!!

Ik begrijp volledig hoe frustrerend het moet zijn om het gevoel te hebben dat je geen reactie krijgt en dat het product niet werkt zoals je had gehoopt. Echter, ik wil je graag laten weten dat er momenteel veel namaakmerken in omloop zijn die onze naam gebruiken, zoals “Zovihome”. Wij zijn Ozzi Mozzie, en het lijkt erop dat je wellicht niet via ons officiële kanaal hebt besteld. Om dit goed te kunnen opvolgen, vraag ik je vriendelijk om je review te verplaatsen naar het juiste profiel zodat het juiste bedrijf verantwoordelijk wordt gehouden.

Reine Abzocke! Erst heißt es, 90 Tage Geld-zurück-Garantie, dann wird man mit 15% abgefertigt. Erst als ich Paypal eingeschaltet habe, versprach man mir plötzlich 50%, wenn ich den Fall schließe. Wie erwartet, war auch das eine Lüge. Die Firma hat ihr Ziel erreicht, ich leider nicht. Trotz aller Versprechen bleibe ich auf den Kosten sitzen. Das Gerät funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Bisher - und das nach ca. 2monatigem Einsatz - hat sich 1 einzige Gelse in das Gerät verirrt, der Rest treibt weiter auf meiner Haut sein Unwesen! Und das bei diesem Versprechen!!!

Mozz Guard besteld via shopklix.net. Ontving de 3 stuks (2 + 1 gratis) in gedeukte verpakkingen alsof ze vaker verstuurd en geretourneerd waren. De Mozz Guard kun je ook ophangen, maar bij beetpakken aan hengsel had ik alleen een dop in handen.

Na contact met klantenservice kon ik na het sturen van foto's van de producten kiezen voor 40% korting of retourneren en 100% geld terug. Retouradres naar een Chinees bedrijf in USA, tja dat ga ik dus niet doen. Enige optie is dus 40% korting.

Advies: bestel ze niet !!

Benieuwd wanneer ik mijn 40% korting ontvang.

Email klacht levert niets op - ze willen 25 % terugbetalen. 100 % tevredenheid en 90 dagen garantie wordt niet waar gemaakt.

Shocking company. Customer service email doesn’t work. No phone number. Product is rubbish. Lawsuit going on in the US because this product does NOT deliver as per the description. DO NOT BUY THIS

This product doesn’t do what we’re told it does.

Frankly the product I received from them simply did not live up to the hype advertised for their product. Typical American advertising techniques and formatting supported by so-called “happy customers”. These are probably dreamed up anyway. Again a product, Mozz Guard in this case, that doesn’t get anywhere near the advertised performance.
Again there is a promised return policy but they tell me the product has to be returned unopened. Well, how do you test the product if you can’t take it out of it’s box!

it worked great and then after one…

it worked great and then after one month no longer turns on. Emailed they said after 30 days they no longer help me. I did buy extra cartridges which no longer need will purchase again.

Cheap product, emails patronizing,

I bought 3, with extra citronella sleeves, wrote before about these products.."no instructions"..same answers as everyone else , JD Mozz will get back to you, make you happy!! (How many JD Mozz's are there in company?) never got back to me with instructions, now asked "how to return"..no answer! Ive finally figured how to turn on, charge, turn off white lites, turn blue lites back on, but need to play with buttons simultaneously! City sprayed for mosquitoes, so that has made a difference, but these products are cheap, charge last for 4 hours..can't imagine taking them out of house!!! Someone should sue this "fake" company!

UPDATED as they did make amends -Terrible company Do Not Buy from Them

*UPDATE August 19 2025: After posting this review the company did reach out and I eventually received a reimbursement for all monies. The company also told me to keep the extra units sent. This did not of course pay for the inconvenience of my credit card having to be cancelled(which I still haven't gotten my replacement!). But I did get my money back which was a relief.
August 5 2025: I ordered one Mozz Guard and was billed, and did receive 4. I was leaving for a out of country vacation but was assured I could return them upon my return.
While I was away there was another charge from the company! I had to put in a fraud claim and consequently my credit card was cancelled and another one reissued which is a great inconvenience(I am still waiting for my replacement card). Now when I ask about the return I get a response but no one is answering my questions. Since I live in Canada my package came out of Mississauga Ontario but I have to return to China at my expense! I have asked the company how do I know I will be reimbursed but no one is answering!!!!! The product does not seem to work either. Do not deal with this company.

Mozz Guard not working

I bought Mozz Guard as I read reviews and thought it will work.
Well, I have the Mozz Guard for few days now, I tried it every day, few times a day but no mosquitos are going towards it, they coming to me. So needless to say, I wasted my money.

C'est de la publicité mensongère ! La vidéo Facebook n'est qu'un tissu de mensonge puisque la lampe n'attrape aucun moustique ! Elle ne tient même pas la charge toute une nuit et même sur la boîte ça n'est pas écrit la marque Mozz guard. Ne commandez surtout pas sur lamaisonbienrangée, grosse arnaque !!

Trying to return this junk but they…

Trying to return this junk but they don't reply to their emails. These are just direct from China dropship garbage that wasn't properly packaged for shipping and arrived damaged. Product is in generic unbranded boxes. When looking on Amazon you can get the same thing for a 1/4 or less than what I paid direct on their website. It's pretty telling that a company is just out to make a buck and doesn't stand behind their product when they don't offer free return shipping and even worse don't reply to requests to return their product.

UPDATE: product has to be returned to France at your own cost. If you are buying on Canadian, US, UK whatever branded website they are all lies. This is the exact same product sold on Amazon - same packaging and everything they didn't even pretend to brand it as their own for 1/4 cost and free return shipping when you are unhappy with it. Hope no one else gets scammed like I did. Let's see if they actually send me the refund.

UPDATE #2: After spending $70 to ship these to France, they refused the delivery and it's now being shipped back to me. Crazy.
