Scam

Scam. I ordered, they claim their products are 100%organic cotton, superior to the cheap imitations on Amazon. What I received was shipped by Amazon, made in China. Product not as described or pictured on their site. They just placed an order with Amazon and had it shipped to me. I get no response from my emails and the phone number I got from my credit card company is not in service. I reported them to Amazon, Discover credit card and Federal fraud alert. The company that billed my credit card was not Orvix, it was called Velor.

Velor (and other copycat sites like "orvixbread.com" and "orvixbreads.com") have stolen our photos, product descriptions, and branding to impersonate us and deceive customers. We have NO connection to them, we do NOT ship from Amazon, and our bags are handmade with genuine organic materials, as our verified trustpilot reviews here reflect.

You have strong grounds to dispute the charge with Discover, since the product is not as advertised — we'd encourage you to do so.

As you were never actually an tryorvix.com customer, we kindly ask you to reconsider this review, as this severely impacts our business.

Great!

Great! The bag keeps our loaves fresh for well over a week.

Question: We don't bake, but get fresh bread from a wonderful nearby bakery. One of our favorites is a crusty raisin bread. When we put the loaf (after slicing off a few pieces) in the bag, it leaves raisin stains on the inside. How do you suggest we clean the bag (if differently from your general online instructions) so as to keep anything bad from taking root on these stains? Thanks.

Bags are well made and keep the bread


Bags are well made and keep the bread fresh. My only complaint is that it took quite a while to receive them.

Ordering, delivery and use was very easy. The bag keeps the bread fresh, and I am very glad I made the order.

Sourdough bread never molded

Sourdough bread never molded, though it did dry out some.

Hey Kathy! So glad the bag is keeping the mold away 🙌 😊 A quick tip for drying out: make sure you're pushing all the air out and rolling the bag tight before fastening the buckle. That makes a big difference! Keeping it on the counter (not the fridge) helps too.

It does what it says it will do

It does what it says it will do. Keep my bread fresher, longer. It works best on sourdough breads than white bread.

Finally Bread Bags that are not Plastic


I really like the fact that these bags are what this world needs so we can eliminate plastic and especislly with Beeswax. there is only one thing ans that is I would like to be able to order small bags as well. Please reply when you have the small bags as well.

Bags seem to work very well

Bags seem to work very well. Will be giving one as a gift to someone who makes sour dough bread. Unfortunately, I do not.
