No llegó nunca el paque

Hola. Hice pedido en Noviembre 2024 y a fecha de hoy 18 de marzo NO he recibido nada!!
Me he puesto en contacto vía email y no he recibido contestación. La empresa de transporte me dicen que no saben donde esta el paquete, que tengo que hablar con la empresa que lo envía y ustedes no me contestan desde de 4 meses esperando.
Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo.

It toook sooo long to get to me.

It toook sooo long to get to me.
Plus, i didnt get any tracking number, nothing.
Finally got it but its not a spray sample so ..kindof disapointed about that.
but anyways, i got it this is most important. Loved it. thank you. Its just some constructive comments.

Hi Jessica, Your package cannot be delivered with the reason that the address was incorrect according to the track & trace. Make sure next time you provide the correct address with all the details (Street Name, Building number, Door number and Postal Code) Thank you for your understanding.

BAD SHIPPING SERVICE


AFTER ORDERING TWO MONTHS AGO I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER. AND I STILL GET EMAILS ASKING WHAT I THOUGHT OF THEIR PRODUCT, IT'S LIKE THE LEFT BRAIN IS NOT WORKING NEITHER IS THE RIGHT. THEY NEED TO FIX THEIR SHIPPING.

Hi Candice, We automatically send a mail to review our orders. Unfortunately the mail came before your order was delivered, since this was an international package from the Netherlands all the way to Canada the customs are involved and there was a delay. Upon checking the track & trace code we've seen that your package has been delivered. Hope you enjoy the scents, Have a great day!

Average

Average, the 1ml samples without spray. I have bought some parfums samples in 4 different sites and this has been the slowest to be delivered, it took double of days that the rest.

Hello, Thanks for your feedback. The 1ml Samples are without sprayer and it says in our " About Us " section. The shipping can be longer due to the carrier, holidays or weather anomalies.

Constant and fast comunication…

Constant and fast comunicación and proactive in order to help you with any problem. In my case, there was a mistake with the destination address and they got the parcel back resend It to me. Effective and kind prople. I highly recommend It. Great parfums and essences

De parfum is in orde

De parfum is in orde, maar ik heb drie keer besteld en twee keer een verstuiver gekregen die het helemaal niet deed en één keer eentje gekregen die het slecht deed. Een keer een mail gestuurd maar ik kreeg als antwoord dat ik het flesje goed dicht moest draaien en een foto moest sturen (?), dus dat schoot ook niet op. Zonde van de parfum
