I ordered size L for my 42 lb dog. Product was shipped fairly quickly but within 5 minutes of chewing my dog had pulled off large splinters. Product doesn’t seems any better than other similar products just more expensive.
Since we adopted our husky mix puppy he has ingested more fabric, plastic, wood and miscellaneous junk than I would care to admit.
He LOVED his new "stick" from Puppy Harbor!
Although there are bits of "chips" to vacuum up it's less mess than any other toy he has demolished and I feel better about what's going into his tummy!!
Our dogs love the kofibones. It is there go to chew toy. No splinters or chunks breaking off to worry about. Our dogs are aggressive chewers.
It took almost 3 weeks to get the coffee wood chew. I picked the largest size available for my large German Shepherd and it definitely cracked and splintered. Very large sharp chunks that could slay a vampire. Maybe my dog is too hard of a chewer, but they make it sound like these work regardless. Wasted time and money and would not recommend.
Our dog loves the chews! So much safer than the bones we were giving her. Clean up is easier too! Our rottie is still working on one chew so they last a good 2 weeks if not more! She loves it!

I ordered for the first time and was pleased with the very quick delivery.
The items I chose did not work for us.
After a few glitches with getting a hold of the company, I have to say I received a very good and courteous service.
My dog just loves it. When she wants to chew, she grabs her coffee wood bone.Then continues about her business. It’s nice to have something that is not going to hurt her teeth with her coffee wood bone.
The "30 day refund, no return necessary" guarantee that is mentioned more than once on their site is, in fact, false. I was unhappy with the way that my dog's chew was splintering and cracking dangerously - and yes, I purchased the correct size for the size of my dog - and I reached out to the customer service contact to express this. I was offered a 20% refund and told that they were unable to process any returns or refunds beyond that amount at this time. The product I received did not match the quality that was guaranteed on their website and when I attempted to get my money back, I was unsuccessful. Direct quotes from their website include:
"Not happy with your purchase? No worries, we've got you covered! You may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked."
"The answers are why we offer a 30-day refund — no return required."
Despite these quotes, they do not have follow through.
this coffee chew does splinter into sharp ,pointed splinters ! I have purchased coffee chews in the past and yes they do break down into fibrous small pieces that are completely digestible by your dogs, these are NOT ! I contacted customer service sent pictures of their product and the answer I received was "I should have bought a bigger size" They do NOT honor their guarantee, Buyers Beware for your pups ! I want to add I did contact them repeatedly,and they did talk to mefor a while then chose to ignore me. My bank is handling this matter now!

We state clearly on our website that purchasing the wrong size for your dog's weight can lead to splintering. Giving a Medium chew to a dog that requires an XL will cause breakage, just as it would with any other product. Sizing is not a fine print issue for us, it is a safety instruction we stand behind.
