On the third bottle and have starting putting on weight, 3 kg I a month. Stomach shrinking yeah right lol. Energy still low lol, I dont rate this product and will not be buying again.

I have recently started taking Puro Vitality Boost. Probably about 2 months ago. Initially I did wonder if this would have any effect on me as Im quite an active person for my age. I think I can safely say it has. What Im noticing is that Im going to the gym later in the day (after work usually) but I seem to have the same amount of energy as when I was going first in the morning. I used to be too tired to go in the evenings. Im now running a minimum of 7 K most nights simply because I can. I have the energy to do it. I feel better for it and of course ive lost a bit of weight too. All in all its really helping so Im sticking with it 👍🏼 Ive just read other reviews so wanted to add this product did not come from china and arrived within 2 days of the order going thru. Initially bought these with a bit of trepidation but they actually work. I’ve suffered with moobs for a few years, well most of my adult life. Since taking these for about 2 months I’ve shredded excess fat from around my chest… I’ve actually lost about 2 stone and without hitting the gym! My belly is now pretty much flat too. I’m fairly active (walk the dog etc) but that hasn’t changed since before. It wasn’t an overnight fix but gradual, I feel better too. Hard to explain but just feel better in myself. I haven’t done any bloods so it’s all circumstantial but before I started taking them I had moobs and a bloated belly and felt tired all the time; now I’m slim, no moobs and feel great!
