I have been taking both pro boost and gummy’s for a month or so now. I must admit I am the worlds worst sceptic re products working or not and the hype around them. However, I have definitely noticed an increase in weight I can now lift, I am no longer falling asleep the minute I sit down and my weight is dropping. Don’t expect this to do all the work for you but I am now noticing the changes and will be buying again soon

I was skeptical on initial purchase but I’ve lost a stone and half in 8 weeks with no other changes to routine. So yeah it works :-/

The puro is very good,since I started taking it, I have seen a difference. I tried other brands before but didn't see no effect but the puro is really helping. This capsules will help you dissolve your manboobs and body fats with just little bit of diet. Iwill recommend it to anyone.

I was a bit sceptical about the promoted benefits of the Puro Shilajit and Manuka Honey gummies, nothing can be that good. Here I am 3 months down the line and I honestly can’t imagine me not taking them any more. My energy levels have improved noticeably, my focus and concentration (which had been flagging a bit) is now where I want it to be and my endurance levels in the gym are improving month by month. Great product, easy to reorder and no nasty taste like you get with the Shilajit resin. Would highly recommend.

I have been taking Puro for the past few months and it ha just started to take effect. I have definitely started to see a reduction around my chest area along with a slight reduction around my middle. I seem to have more energy now but my sleeping is a bit all over the place at the moment. This is not a major issue. I have enough tablets for another three weeks and wanted to continue with the improvement I have made so placed another order again today. Very pleased with my results.

I have tried different methods to try and shift stubborn fat and nothing seemed to work. I thought I would Try Puro (Got the 3 Months supply deal) And I have noticed improvements after the first few weeks. I will continue to use until I am happy with what I see in the mirror.
Going forward I may combine with the Organic Shilajit Daily Gummies.

Purple product arrived and I have to be honest I did not believe that it could make such a difference so quickly. After just a few weeks I noticed a change in my chest and the weight id carried under my armpits for years. Now into my third month of taking puro it’s still making a difference

Waste of money. Yet more fictional promises to trick us into trying an expensive supplement that does not work. I bought a 3 month supply, done nothing!!
I would sugest the good reviews on this company are either fake or placebo effect.
They advertise it as money back if not satisfied but when you read the small print it is only if you send them back unopened - how can you see if you are satisfied that they work or not without opening and taking them!

I'm writing this review after finishing the first of 3 bottles of Puro Vitality Boost. I, like many people who have probably been suckered into getting this 'supplement' did so on the premise it would reduce estrogen in the dim hope it would aid reduction of unsightly moobs (which on a personal level is crippling on self confidence / esteem).

I've taken it religiously for a month in addition to a healthy diet (good calorie deficit) and regular exercise (4-5 times a week at the gym). Yes, I have lost weight (this will be mainly down to the other 2 elements mentioned) but no discernible improvement on the chest softness/puffiness.

Now, that may be taken by whoever is reading this review as sour grapes, or not giving the product enough chance (I've got another 2 bottles, right?) but no, why I know this is nothing more than snake oil salesmen at work is that I've invested in myself and joined a fitness programme that starts off by personalising it to the individual and taking a blood test to analyse 74 biomarkers.

The results of this test, which I received 2 days ago, showed me exactly why I have excess fat in the areas I want to remove them from. The results showed high estrogen/prolactin (along with blood sugar handling challenges) which is the predominant driver. This high estrogen after taking 3 supplement capsules a day for a month which is supposed to be supressing it....

Suffice to say I'm not going to bother taking any more of it and, considering the cost of it and evident lack of efficacy would not recommend it to any other fellas out there suffering the same as me. Save some money and use it for bloodwork to understand exactly where the problems are.
