Ordered a product, without my knowledge they charged my account each month. When I finally reached someone and he told me it was a membership fee. I never signed up for a membership!! I want my money back!! Scam company!

Nerve cream ordered 26 July and product received 3 weeks later. Now this scam outfit have charged me another two times 26 Aug & 10 Sept for something I did not order and have never received. My emails to them are unanswered. Keep clear of this outfit

I ordered and not received the item.Tried contacting them but not received any communication whatsoever. Beware they are scammers. I should check reviews first before ordering...SCAMMERS BEWARE

This company is a con, avoid at all costs. I bought a snoring device for £50 and never received anything. They have ignored at least 6 attempt to try and resolve the issue. Save your money and DO NOT USE. I gave 1 star, but only because you have to to write a review!

SCAM! I ordered their "nerve relief lotion" on June 2,2026 & received it on June 17. The company has a California address on the product label & an Ohio phone # on my credit card transaction statement, but when I requested to return it under their 90 day refund guarantee, they informed me that I would have to return it to their warehouse in CHINA(WHY do you show your location on your website as the US, if you are actually located in CHINA? VERY UNETHICAL!) & if I wanted to avoid that big expense that I could accept a 20% "instant partial refund". Well, I was not happy because this product does not work as they promised in their advertisement, & obviously, they do not honor their guarantee, as I have not even ever received a 20% refund, despite numerous emails in which they keep promising to "forward my request to their billing department". I am so thoroughly disgusted with this company & I have decided to dispute the transaction charge because they are dishonest & do not honor their guarantee. They also tried to charge me a $39.99 "membership fee" which I did not authorize & I had to dispute this charge with my bank to get it removed. They are a very unethical company & hopefully, if they get enough negative reviews, they will be shut down. Please report them to all social media platforms that they are using to lure in their victims, as I definitely intend to do. SCAM COMPANY! :(

Scam! Took me 5 emails to get them to cancel a subscription I did not agree to. Why would I need a subscription for a product that was a neck wrap? Let's see how long this order takes. I'm afraid to just return it as I'll probably never get my money back! My bad for not checking here first!!

What a blatant rip off. Can't return the neck wrap order that doesn't work yet cost me $140. Then I get a notification today from my cc company that my membership fee of $55 to revive care was approved. I never signed up ror a membership with them. Garbage company

Just a scam company, do not use

I ordered one time only to try their cream, which didn't work. But they kept charging me 39.99 USD monthly for a membership (not product) that I never signed up for. Unfortunately I did not notice this soon enough and lost a lot of money in the end. They are impossible to deal with in order to end this and are a 100% scam!

15th May 26 - Made on order then I changed my mind due to the delivery time, so on the same day I went through the process to get a refund, received an email to confirm my cancelation and refund but I still have no refund! In the meantime they have taken 2x further payments WITHOUT my permission. No answer when emailed!! AVOID!

This company is scam, older people for membership and money… be very, very careful. I order some cream for my sciatic nerve…. I get one in May and from then on they charging me without delivering anything and with me canceling at least five times by email membership and they constantly charge me $39.99 every each month I already lost $140
For whatever reason I spoke with Bank Of America… did they say they never gonna let them to take that money out and they still did so it seems like you know they are in cahoots together…. It is unbelievable. It’s impossible almost to get out of it…. Today I called district attorney and his office was saying I first have to give them a chance but go and try to use their number. They just playing game with you and nothing‘s gonna happen…. Do yourself a favor and don’t order anything from them. I’m gonna devote my time because I am retired and every time I’m gonna let everyone know what kind of company this is and this supposed to be in Ohio USA…. Not in China like usually scamming come from … but from USA…

Doesn't work plus they keep charging monthly, didn't sign up. Lastly they don't even ship more after charging.

What a con. I ordered one product from them and now I find they are taking £30 a month from my account. I never signed up to this so be very careful if you deal with this unscrupulous company.
