No difference after taking Rhodiola
I purchased Rhodiola and took it for 2 months, not noticing any difference. I received a second shipment at a higher price, and I wanted to cancel any future shipments, but there was no evidence of a recurring subscription on either the Soluma site or the Shop app. I contacted customer service to seek assistance. Kris kindly helped me to sort out the problem and discontinue my "lost" subscription.

There is absolutely no way to cancel or avoid an auto ship. I have sent 3 emails, and no response. No phone number. The product does not work for me and it gives 60 guarantee, but no way to get my money back. It's fast approaching another auto ship and I can't find a way to cancel. I ordered a one time shipment and now find out it was a subscription. I stopped any future orders and canceled the subscription or so I was told. Soluma does not reply to my emails so I will let the BBB or Attorney Generals office know of their fraugulant activities.I also stopped or blocked any future activity from Soluma on my credit card. At this point I'm not sure their product is worth a dam either.

Try Soluma responded to my review on Trust Pilot although they never responded to any of my 5 previous emails. In their response they asked me to email them once again. I just did so and we will see if it does any good.

So I never subscribed. I only expected a one time delivery but the product and charge keep coming. I have emailed them several times at the email address they provided, and have not received any response whatsoever. I will be contacting my credit card company to reject future charged and if necessary the Attorney General Fraud Division in my state.

I have attempted multiple times to email them and no response. I have had the same exact experience as other 1 star reviews! Ordered a 3-bottle package and DID NOT sign up for autoship/renewal. Less than a month later I get an email confirmation of my next 3 pack being processed. Reached out to customer service immediately to stop and rectify. CRICKETS!!! They just arenât responding. I cannot take these supplements as they are interfering with medication I take for a condition. In addition to email, I tried calling the merchant phone number listed on my credit card details and that number isnât even a real number. I see the company has responded to others saying to email them the details and they will help - well thatâs what I have been doing and nothing. I would steer clear from this company all together. Many signs point to unethical business practice and horrible customer service.

I tried the phone number that Paypal has and they aren't affiliated with this product division. I've instructed Paypal to not process this payment. So frustrating. I have been trying to get a hold of this company for over a month to return my product and cancel the subscription I never signed up for. I have tried two different emails and reaching out twice on their website contact page. Do not buy this product!
