Overall I'm very happy with Soro - easy WordPress setup, fluent Hebrew articles and quick support. Two additions would make it perfect: choosing an alternative publishing date for an article, and blocking publishing on specific days such as Shabbat and Jewish holidays

Everything was really easy to setup. Articles are excellent, posted to my drafts on the site. I have AI proofread, categorize, and publish. My site is growing with quality seo content and on autopilot so I can focus on monetization.

Simple onboarding process and precise. Still need to evaluate the full power of the outcomes Soro can provide

had some quite a few social posts from Soro so thought i'd give it a try for a client of mine. Setting it up and linking it with the client's website was pretty straightforward. Only took 30mins - maybe less! First day and first blog gone up so let's see what results we get.

So far so good. As far as the installation goes it was very easy. And immediately was able to post the first artikle. I am very curious to see what the results will be in 4 weeks. In the meantime i have paused my ads on adwords. If this works I will be ecstatically happy. Time for the big techs to start loosing their monopolies. So thank you so far Soro

The customer service is excellent the staff was very very helpful indeed. I would recommend to anyone looking for simple A.I. SEO services. looking forward to re-using there services in the future.

I used Soro for about 10 days and overall had a very positive experience. It made it easy to build an SEO content strategy, generate articles, schedule content, and publish directly to WordPress.

The articles were well written and required minimal editing. Most of my edits weren't corrections. I primarily added my own experiences and personal stories to make the articles more authentic and better reflect my voice. I also really liked being able to provide direction for the images generated for each article.

There were a few things I would improve. Posts were scheduled for the next available publishing day rather than allowing me to choose the specific days I wanted. Soro also didn't work smoothly with Jetpack's social publishing. I had to manually go into the WordPress posts to trigger Jetpack's social media features, which took away some of the benefit of automated publishing. I also would have liked larger Brand DNA text fields so I could provide more detailed information about my brand and give Soro more specific direction.

Other than those workflow issues, I was very happy with the platform.

I ultimately cancelled because I purchased lifetime access to another SEO platform with overlapping features. It simply didn't make financial sense to maintain an annual subscription for both.

I was also pleased with how Soro handled my cancellation. They asked whether there was anything they could do to help, but once I confirmed my decision, there was no pressure or runaround. They promptly cancelled my subscription and confirmed that the refund had been processed. I'm currently waiting for it to appear on my card within their stated processing timeframe.

Overall, I had a good experience with Soro. The quality of the generated content was one of its biggest strengths, and I would consider using it again if my needs change.

Soro is both smart and efficient. He truly understands my brand identity, creates, and schedules upcoming articles. All I need to do is publish them on my website. The UX is fantastic. Soro is great!

Deceptive business practices.

There is no way to cancel your subscription via the members area and you have to email to request cancelation. Which I did 3 months ago - my plan is still active and set to renew!!!!

This sort of behavior just ensures lots of expensive chargebacks and customers who will NEVER come back.

Took minutes to connect. Was able to install the plug in on our website without any prior knowledge of how to do that.

This was very easy to understand and easy to follow and made a positive impact instantly! Couldn't be more pleased.

We cancelled our subscription 3 months ago, but your system still charges us 39 USD per month! Please refund us the money!!! We are not using your app for 3 months, but you stole money form our credit card!!!
