Tried it, and although found it is not quite what I was looking for, but had an awesome expericence with customer service. Matthew responded real quick, was attentive, helpful and supportive.
Sub cancellations are often where the companies show their real ethics, but Soro appeared as one of the most excellent customer service I've seen in my 20+ years of being in business.

Giving Soro a try. I'm tired of spending hundreds of more a month on traffic to my website that isn't driving sales. The setup and install was simple. So far, so good!

I’ve been using Soro for around two months.

I believe a SaaS business needs to be good at two things to succeed: marketing and product.

Soro is very good at marketing. The product, in my experience, is much weaker.

I’m not saying Soro is a terrible product, because it isn’t. There are useful parts to it. But there are several fairly simple improvements that I think could make the product much better, and instead it feels like the company is putting more energy into pushing marketing and acquiring more customers.

One example is the image generation. The generated images are often poor and not suitable for a real ecommerce brand. A very simple improvement would be to let customers upload their own real product photos so those can be used in the articles instead.

My biggest frustration right now is cancellation. I’m trying to unsubscribe, but I cannot find a clear way to cancel through the website or billing portal. Cancelling a SaaS subscription should be simple. I’ve had to email support asking them to cancel it for me, and I’m still waiting for a response. That really annoys me and leaves a bad impression.

As for the actual SEO results: after around two months of using Soro, my organic traffic is down, not up. Of course, SEO can take time, so I’m not claiming two months proves the product doesn’t work. But so far, I have not seen the improvement in organic traffic that I was hoping for.

Overall, I think Soro is much stronger at marketing than product execution right now. The product has potential, but I would much rather see them focus on improving the actual customer experience and product quality before pushing the marketing even harder.

We signed up our restaurant about 2 weeks ago. Setup was easy once we got the administrator of our website to add a short script to the web page. Trysoro's support is super responsive. We have 8 articles on the blog page already. Very happy with the content. It is too soon to see results, but looking good so far.
