Very Slow shipping
I also placed an order on 6/25. I questioned through email about the slow shipping. And was told I should see movement this week. Its Wednesday 7/1 and the status is the same. "Label created waiting for item" I've tried to contact customer service again but have received no response. Its been 6 days with no response and no movement of the product.

Their shipping department isn't functioning properly.
I ordered their bulk product and was given a shipping confirmation email the next day. The tracking ID has been at "Label Created"-"USPS Awaiting Item" for more than a week. I sent in multiple messages through their online only help service and each time a claim is made (via an obvious cut and paste response) it will now move, and it never does. I was hoping to have this for our 4th of July party, and apparently that won't happen. I also ordered from Easy hemp the same day and received the order promptly. Return my money if you are unable to ship the product,
Well Sprinkle did come back with a reply. But as of yet, nothing has materialized. Tracking ID still is at "Label Created", and no correspondence or emails. Let me explain the issue with this system. If you have an issue, you can send an email. Mine was the Tracking ID sits at "Label Created". I used their help interface (no phone number) and explained the issue in detail. Around 2 days later an email arrives saying we are sorry, etc. and then its says I will send a message to shipping and you should see movement very soon. Well I wait, nothing happens. I send another email help message, after a day, and in essence the same thing happens, and now i see the same exact message from the help person, so it is just a cut and paste. I have done this 4 times, with the same results. There is no way to get any real human interaction.

Love the product
Love the product. While needing to reduce and eventually give up smoking Sprinkle has been a blessing and made reaching that goal much easier.
Other infused drinks tend to have too much sugar and Sprinkle is sugar free😇

BEWARE of their Subscription policy!!!!!
It is a rare day that I post a negative review but after my latest terrible experience, I have to say something. Here is my issue. 1) The product as many have sited, does not dissolve well in liquid. I have to use a coffee foam electric wisk to get it to mostly dissolve. 2) The effects range from no feeling whatsoever, to way overboard too high.... It's almost as if the the powder in the mix is completely inconsistent. 3) Here is my major issue! Like many of you out there, we have subscriptions and auto-bills everywhere. And in most cases, certainly with my other THC subscriptions, ALL of them notify me 2-3 days in advance when a new order is being created. They give me time to confirm, reschedule, or pause, or cancel if I need to. Well NOT Sprinkle... they are here to just grab your money! When I woke up yesterday to a new charge of just shy of $300 on my credit card, I immediately reached out to cancel the order because I have too much, and frankly I wasn't sure I was going to purchase this product ever again anyways. Well guess what, they don't care. It took them over 24 hours to respond, and essentially their response was "Too Bad!" They said they cannot cancel the order once it has been processed, which in today's world of tech, is a blatant lie! So for those of you smart enough to read the reviews, please make sure you pay CLOSE attention to your subscription because it is clear to me that this company doesn't give 2 cares about real customers. They would rather tick off a percentage and lose clients than do the right thing and actually listen to their customers and offer real world solutions. As a consumer, I take full responsibility for my due diligence, or lack of. But their policies leave no room customers mistakes, followed by a “we don’t care attitude”. Because of this experience, this pretty much sealed their fate in my mind's eye.... I will absolutely NEVER purchase from them again. I had to go into my SHOP account and delete all of my credit cards so this company cannot attempt to bill me again. I also had to file a fraud dispute with my CC company.

Magnificent!
Beyond great customer service, the product itself is magnificent. Easy to use, great to add to your diet without adding sugar right before sleep, easily absorbed, and I sleep great without the groginess in the morning!

Sprinkle is so easy to use
Sprinkle is so easy to use, it is tasteless. Just a little hint, put a little warm water in your cup and mix. Then put in ice and a cold drink. It mixes in cold water but this makes it easier. No highs and lows you can enjoy a even feeling.

Obsessed with it
I was hesitant to try Sprinkle but I’m so glad I did. It has become essential to my daily routine. There’s no gross or overly sweet flavor. It’s a nice calming effect. Definitely recommend it
