Ordered several items, including a sweater, hoodies and jewellery. Two items that arrived were not as described. Contacted customer service on a Friday evening about it and got a response pretty much straight away. The lady was kind, helpful and sorted things out super fast (over the weekend!).
Shipping is from China so it can take a little while but I knew that going in and had no issue with it. There was no hassle like having to deal with customs, and I'm happy with the products I received.
