⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service and Customer Care

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from T-Tech Suspension. They did an amazing job on my bike, and the quality of the work was outstanding. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do.

What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. After the work had been completed, I realised I'd forgotten to request an additional adjustment. I contacted them, and they happily redid the work without charging me any extra. That level of service is hard to find these days and really shows they care about their customers.

My bike feels better than ever, and I wouldn't hesitate to use T-Tech Suspension again in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top-quality suspension work and excellent customer service. Thanks again to the whole team! 👏🏍️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lukas has done loads of work to the rear suspension and has fully serviced the front in the past. A reoccurring problem with the rear put the suspension into its softest setting and flashed a dash warning. Lukas was available without delay, and whilst we have to wait for a new oart from Italy he managed to add preload to the rear manually, to enable me to go on a preplanned camping trip next week.
Always an incredible service, and can do attitude. Brilliant!

Extremely fast turn around of my Triumph Trophy 1215 SE rear shock. After discovering an oil leak from the seal in my rear shock I removed it and sent it off to Lukas at T-Tech after getting a quote. I opted for a spring upgrade whilst the shock was being worked on. All in the price was extremely reasonable (matching the quote) and the quality of the work carried out absolutely superb. I could not be happier and with the spring upgrade the shock is now better than new. From me shipping to getting my rebuilt shock back was only two weeks and this included the Easter holiday and T-Tech apparently moving premises at the same time. Fantastic service and pricing I could not recommend T-Tech more.
