Very disappointing after-sales experience with TTRacing.

On 14 August, I was informed that a replacement controller for my desk would be requested. I was told replacements typically take 10–15 days, depending on stock availability, and that I would receive the tracking number once the replacement was ready.

Since then, TTRacing has provided almost no proactive communication. I have repeatedly had to request updates, receiving only vague assurances that the matter was being checked, escalated, treated as urgent, or that I would hear back later.

Several specific commitments were missed. I was asked to wait until the end of the day for an update, but none was provided. I followed up again the following morning and was then promised an update by noon. Noon passed without any communication.

I understand that stock shortages may occur, but this does not excuse the lack of ownership, poor follow-through, and repeated failure to meet promised update times. I should not have to chase the company or restate the issue each time. A designated representative should take responsibility and provide accurate, timely updates until the matter is resolved.

I have been patient and given TTRacing multiple opportunities to address this. The after-sales support has been unresponsive, inconsistent, and lacking in accountability.

Purchasing the product was straightforward. Unfortunately, getting support afterward has been a very frustrating experience.

Had to wait 2 and a half months for my chair to be actually sent and when they actually do it they do it through allied express which is notably one of the worst delivery services in australia. which is a whole another story how they made no effort to actually deliver my package

My daughter purchased a Swift X Pro TT Racing chair about a year ago. As with all flat pack things it was a bit of a challenge to put it together but we got it in the end.

Right away my daughter notice how flat and hard the seat was but then we found that the seat occasionally would start going down by itself. Then the back just every now and again would jump scare her by falling backwards.

This all happened within the first two weeks of receiving the chair. So we contacted them and they asked if we could send them a video of when it happens. We told them that it doesn't happen every time but normally when you least expect it so we can't send a video when you don't know when it will happen. They wouldn't help us then because we couldn't prove the fault. Here we are, 12 months down the track. She kept the chair because she had spent so much on it she couldn't afford to replace it. The arm rest is now broken and the gas lift no longer works so she is sitting on the lowest height. She also has to make sure she doesnt put too much weight on the back to ensure it doesnt fall. We would never recommend this chair or company. Crap Chinese made shit that isn't worth the money.

When I first made a purchase for the desk, it was never announced on the website that the item was being made to order. I ended up having to wait over a month for my first package of desk, chair, and accessories to arrive. 1 and a bit over years later, the height controller for my table decided to no longer work. Of course this would now fall outside the warranty. But had I received my items earlier, I probably would still have been just eligible of the warranty window. I messaged into their WhatsApp support for a replacement controller for height adjustment, they told me I needed to wait 1-4 weeks. Pretty ridiculous waiting times. Alright, fine, tahan. So I proceeded, made the payment. Nearly 3 weeks later, I messaged in again to check where the item is at since I deposited through PayNow, and I didn't receive any confirmation email of the purchase, nor any follow-up. And guess what they're telling me now? "We currently do not have a specific timeframe for when the item will this be replaced and delivered. We recommend checking back with us after → A FEW WEEKS ← for any possible updates."

I really cannot recommend buying from this company after going through what I went through. The pre-sale waiting time, the post-sale service and waiting time, everything has just been so unpleasant. All I need is the controller for height adjustment because it failed shortly after a year. Now it feels like I have to wait another year so I can get it replaced. Some serious supply chain issues going on here.. cannot recommend.

Do not buy from this company!
Ordered a NOX dual monitor arm in coal on March 6 2026, and first reached out on 31 March regarding delivery Follow up enquiries were sent on 8 April and 30 April with a deadline for them to send me my product. The responses were generic bullshit at best. I then reached out to them through WhatsApp on 4 May and was told on May 6 that it had been sent and expect it from May 8. I had reached out twice to get tracking information and received a response on May 14 saying it was sold out! The customer service with this company us shit and I would never recommend this company to ANYONE.

I waited 4 weeks for my delivery and was promised the ETA was 3 different dates, first the 9th then the 16th and now the 5th of the next month. Quite ridiculous and im over it. Requesting a refund for the chair that STILL HASNT COME.

The company is an absolute joke. They say that their delivery times are a few days. I've waited nearly three weeks and nothing has shipped, and all I get are pathetic excuses about waiting for green lights. I've had three emails talking about we've nearly got a green light. Forget your green lights and ship out the products that your customers have paid for. Disgraceful.

wanted to check even if online said they will. They got back to me 9am today morning to say yes they will be and so I made arrangements to head down. It will take close to 2 hours for me to travel down and I was already on my way when they dropped a bombshell at 11.50am that they will be closed. I was utterly upset and told them this was too last minute as I was on the way down. I alighted my transport and took another one in the opposite direction to head back.

10mins later they messaged back saying they will make an exception and allow me to visit. So I alighted and took another transport back to Ubi. The moment I alighted the bus, I did my due responsibility and texted them informing them I’m at Ubi but google maps stated it will take 10mins to walk there. They still replied at this moment to say sure, once I’ve arrived text them again and they will get someone to open the door for me.

Reached exactly 10mins later and I waited for a total of 35mins. The moment I arrived I texted the. After I while I called. I ended up calling multiple times during the wait. No response. No messages, did not pick up my call. I was totally ghosted.

I spent about 2 hrs to get there, waited for another 35 mins and now am gonna spend 2 hrs to get back. They have totally wasted almost 5hrs of my time. Irresponsible, rude and utterly disgusting behaviour. Am bringing my business elsewhere. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND them

Doghshit chairs uncomfortable and the arm rest broke straight away, cheap brittle plastic. Then they wanted another $39 for postage to replace the arm reset that was faulty lol off to fair trading i go.
Update: knew they legally couldn't charge me postage when they sent me a defective products (even though they tried) I threatened fair trading and they "waved" the postage as a "good faith gesture" LOL if I didn't threaten fair trading they would have tried to make me pay for postage. Don't fall for their BS you have legal rights with your online orders and they know it.

I bought the TTRacing Swift X Pro Air and it is absolutely terrible.
It is extremely uncomfortable. The seat is way too long, which means my legs are not in a proper position. This creates constant pressure on my knees.
DO NOT BUY TTRacing. Under no circumstances. It is a complete SCAM.
On top of that, there is no customer service at all. It’s a Shopify site trying to hide behind a brand image.
They try to look good with strong marketing, but the reality is that the chair quality is really awful.
For this price, you can find much better options.
Last but not least, the reviews on their website are completely fake. After purchasing a chair, it is impossible to leave a review. There isn’t even any space to create or log into a customer account.
