Thank you for the review. We have received your order one 1st Jan 2021 but we have only processed your order on 5th Jan 2021 as you had emailed us of your actual address on 4th Jan so we have to cancel previous order and go thru the order process again.

As per tracking id provided, your parcel is still with the courier and in transit to you. You can check the tracking number for updates and we hope we have answered your question.

I am satisfied with the product, reliable and fantastic. Customer service was great. Shipped too fast, received in timely manner. This is my second purchase and I would definitely buy again.

When I have received my package I opened the box already smelling the perfume. And then I seen that inside the bag that The Box was in was already covered in perfume I took pictures and then I open the box up open the container up end of nozzle was off the Clone bottle.

Messed up my order.

I got my order on time but it wasn't what I ordered. 3 of the 4 pieces ordered were correct but the scent I really wanted wasn't correct. Not sure if I will be placing another order.

Excellent support services with fast response! Enquiry gotten back to me within hours! Prices are reasonable and with fast shipping. They even have an app to download for convenience shopping!! Superb! I would definitely buy again!

I love this company

I love this company. they are reliable, deliver what they promise and at an affordable rate. The shipping can be a little high, but that s what we have to pay for dependable service. This is my second purchase and I would definitely buy again.

Good deal for the price.

Smells good. Price was good. Shipping time was good. But the cap/cover that is supposed to fit over the nozzle to protect it will not fit.

Very competitive pricing

Very competitive pricing. Tubella's had a lower price than Amazon. Easy straightforward ordering process. Received exact items I ordered quickly. This was my first time ordering from Tubella's and it won't be the last.

Hounded for review before product even arrived.

So far you have requested that I review your product twice now, but I have yet to receive the product in the first place. I was going to leave off until it gets here but, since you keep emailing me, this is the review you get. It has been over a week since I ordered and the package is still in New Jersey, you are in New York and I'm in Georgia. I expected possible shipping delays, and that is fine, but being hounded to review a product when it hasn't been delivered yet is just bad customer interaction.

I'm so sorry to hear that Andrea, I apologize for the inconvenience your order is delayed, we are seeing this happening often lately from shipping carriers probably due to the COVID-19. You may contact them and provide them with your tracking number and they will be able to assist you and give you more information as they are the ones who handle shipments. We usually ship orders the same day or the next day latest, is not in our hand how USPS processes shipments or if they are late. Also, I would like to apologize for the review emails request, please note those emails are autonomous and are automatically sent by the system after an order is placed. The first email you receive is to review the product itself in our site and the second email is to review our service here in Trustpilot as required. Thank you so much for letting us know and share your experience with us, we always appreciate it.
