Wide selection and fast delivery
Tuli sells bearings that I can't find in Switzerland. So I decided to give it a try and ordered six small NTN bearings. They arrived in no time via UPS. The value of the goods was below the duty-free threshold, so I didn't have to pay any taxes. Customs clearance was also included in the shipping costs.

I ordered bearings
I ordered bearings, the price was right, but was told they would ship in 3 to 4 business days. It was 5 days, not that big of a deal except DHL said they would be here on 9-1. now I find out on 9-2 they are still in Germany not going to be here until 9-4 at the earliest.
This is not directed to Tuli specifically but you guys did pick DHL whom I am not impressed with.

Thank you for your feedback and for your understanding.
We are sorry that the delivery is taking longer than expected. We completely understand your disappointment, especially after DHL initially provided an earlier delivery date. Unfortunately, once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, transit delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our direct control.
Nevertheless, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback regarding our delivery partners is very important to us.
We hope your bearings arrive very soon and that you will be fully satisfied with the products.
Best regards,
