The price keeps going up and the service down what am I paying for? I’m a very small business. It’s only me. I can’t keep up with the increases when the service isn’t matching the cost something as easy as adding a coloring page to my site I’m told can’t be done!

When you contacted us about the price increase, we reviewed your account and confirmed that you are on a Website Builder Professional plan. We discussed your interest in lowering costs by moving to Web Hosting Essentials, but as explained on the call, a direct downgrade from Website Builder Professional to Web Hosting Essentials is not technically possible on our platform. The only available path is to first move to a domains‑only plan and then upgrade to Web Hosting Essentials, and, as our engineering team confirmed, this process carries a real risk of losing your existing website content, which is why we could not guarantee a safe transition.

We understand how frustrating it is to be told that something that sounds simple—like adding a coloring page to your site or moving to a lower‑cost plan—comes with technical constraints and risk. You let us know that, given this and the ongoing price increases, you would consider moving to another provider, and we respect that decision.

Thank you for your patience and for continuing to update us on this. I’m sorry that it has felt like your issue was not resolved and that you weren’t getting clear communication or updates, especially with something as serious as a compromised business email repeatedly sending spam.

As you know, your mailbox had been compromised multiple times, sending high‑volume outbound spam to many domains and countries even after several password resets, device checks, and security steps. Because of the repeated activity, your case was escalated to our mail engineering team for deeper backend investigation. Our specialist then applied additional backend fixes and emailed you to confirm what had been done. You replied that you were still seeing issues even after updating passwords, which is why we continued to monitor the situation rather than closing it immediately.

On our most recent call, you let us know that the issue now appears to be resolved, but you wanted more time to confirm that no further spam is being sent before fully considering it closed. We completely understand and support that approach.

Over the next few days, if you notice any new suspicious outbound mail, please contact us right away at [support email/phone] and reference this case so we can reopen and re‑escalate it immediately. In the meantime, we also strongly recommend continuing to:

– Use a unique, strong password for this mailbox only

– Enable any available additional security (such as 2FA, where supported)

Good Experience!

Rajani with customer support was very nice to work with, she was a little difficult to understand, possibly due to my hearing deficit, but had an immediate grasp of my issue and was polite, patient, and helpful in resolving the problem.
I am well pleased with Turbify customer support.

eamil trippled for no apperent reason

the mail system tripled in price for 25 eamils, i called to see why and was told it is what it is and best option is to change to the web hosting plan and i can keep my email and not have to use the web hosting feature if i did not want. when we went to change the plan kept getting efforts - no resulution and not very with the cost increase without notice
