Rented a car for them for a whole week,worst decision possible,car are not properly cleaned and maintained, the gearbox had problems and broke in the middle of traffic,i do not recommend their services.

Those guys asked us for a security deposit and stolen our money , horrible expiriance.

Pure scammers , they asked for a 1000 euro deposit and they never returned it back!
I am very angry at them!

Absolute fraud. We negotiated a price on several high end cars before coming to Dubai. We were told no deposit is needed. We were transferred to their office, where we paid by card for all the cars. Once payment went through, they immediately started asking for a ‘fine insurance’, which is basically a deposit. When we showed them the chat where they stated that deposit is not required, they kept saying that the amount of 5000 AED they ask for is not a deposit and will be returned. When we refused, they told us they are not able to provide the cars we paid for as they are too expensive. We then asked for a refund but they started making excuses that they can’t refund the money. Eventually we negotiated on paying one time fee of 800 AED for some sort of insurance, in order to receive one of the cars we paid for.

Overall, we ended up paying 9000 AED for cars worth less than 4000 AED. Don’t fall for the fake reviews here.

Scam ! Dont give the Deposit back.

Unbelievable scammers! They will promise and tell you everything you want to hear just until they take your money. They use every trick in the book to scam you- they say "no deposit required" then just when we paid for the cars they ended up saying we need to pay almost as much more for deposit and fine protection- when we said this was not in our initial deal and we want a refund,they refused to issue us a refund. So basically they took our money and didnt give us any of the cars that we have booked or paid for. We paid for Urus,Ferrari and Rolls Royce and they offered to gave us Mercedess CLA or E class -complete joke.Ended up losing our time, ruining our trip. Moreover they lie you have made fake scratches to their cars just in order to scam you even more and take more of your money. They also they say you were speeding and want to fine you themselves for that (based on speed trackers they put in their cars to check the speed you drive with) however when we checked on the official Dubai website and showed them there are no fines, they still wanted to take more of our money and fine us themselves?!!! In addition, they were yelling and threatening us,they got super agressive when we finally realised and told them they are scammers. By the way we were not the only ones scammed, while we were in their office people would constantly come and go and argue with them because they were also being scammed! I honestly don't know how the Dubai goverment allows for these scammers to still be in bussiness and scam tourists - they completely ruin the image of Dubai and the honestly of Dubai people!!! We ended up filing police report and I advice you to do the same if you have been victim of Turbo Plus!

WARNING of SCAM!!!: Avoid TURBO PLUS at all costs!

This company is a complete SCAM. I rented a white GLE Coupé three months ago, and they have flat-out refused to return my deposit. After countless calls and messages, their response has been rude and disrespectful. They act arrogantly, make threats, and clearly have no intention of ever refunding what’s owed.

To make matters worse, they’ve marked their business as "closed" on Google to dodge negative reviews—classic SCAM behavior. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers and are only out to take advantage of people.

What’s even worse is that what seemed to be the "owner" (or someone pretending to be) spoke to me and my girlfriend in an incredibly disrespectful and vulgar manner. I’m attaching a photo of this individual—a short, Fat guy who was nothing but bad news. His attitude and behavior showed no sign of professionalism or basic decency.

If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from TURBO PLUS. This place deserves to be shut down, and I truly believe karma will catch up to them.
