I bought a Windows 10 key. It did not work.

Customer service and support are terrific. Quick response. I have purchases Office 2021 Pro for two computers.

I am considering transitioning to Office 2024 Home and Business and had a question about licensing. My questions were quickly answered.

I have and will continue to recommend Turnkey to others.

Bought a Win11 key which worked initially, then a couple of months later there was a watermark on the desktop saying the licence was invalid. I reached out to customer service with a 'please help' email, and within hours had a response saying the issue had been replicated on a virtual machine, escalated to a manager and in the meantime a new key was provided to minimise any downtime. So far the key is working perfectly and I really appreciated the quick turnaround!

so i bought a windows 11 pro product key from these guys (turnkey point) and it said it has been used so before i refunded the key i contacted customer support and within a couple hours they reach back out to me with a new product key for free and it worked honestly didn’t expect a response but sure enough everything worked out unlike most companies and websites they actually care

I've used Turnkeypoint for about 5 years now - it really helped me when I was on a serious budget (struggling new writer here!). I'm on a Mac. Once in awhile there's an update or something, in which case I contact support and they walk me through it. I've since signed my brother up, and he's also doing fine with it. Seriously, 5 stars all the way.

I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office 2021. When I entered the product key provided, I got the message that the key had already been used. I have sent 4 emails and submitted 2 online "Tickets" on their website and have not had a single response - not even acknowledgment of receipt.
I have purchased form them before without an issue, but be aware, Turnkey Point's after sales support seems to be non-existent.

Update - Turnkey Point did finally respond and sort out my issue, so I have updated my review.

My product key was invalid, probably because I waited almost a month to install. I contacted support on Thursday night and there was a response when I woke up on Friday morning. A new product key sent and all good now! Excellent and prompt customer service, highly recommend!

I was given a Mac desktop and had it cleared and factory restore. Needed Office 365 but due to age of os could only install 2016 version. Emilio at turnkey was invaluable- explained process, forwarded appropriate files to be downloaded before I could purchase product to enable it. Had some issues but he stayed on it and got me across the line; without him I would have wasted my $ and still not had a working product. Excellent service!

After having problem with my installation of windos 11 pro i contact turnkeypoint support and i was very please with the very fast reaction response time and pinpoint instruction that was given to me .great help. Bravo to turnkeypoint support team. Thank you very much Emilio from Ghislain

I had a wonderful experience with Turnkey. The customer service is outstanding. They provide very detailed instructions on installation. I ran in to a minor glitch and reached out with an almost immediate response. The issue was resolved and I was reassured that if we had not been able to resolve it, they would gladly refund me or replace the product. Truly a phenomenal vendor. Great pricing, great service and trustworthy!

I am so impressed with the team at Turnkey Point. I couldn't load a program, but they assured me we would get it fixed. Many emails later it worked, their emails were courteous and reassuring. I can't believe how cheap the programs are, I know where I will be shopping from now on. God bless you guys I am very grateful for your help.

Easy to access with all the information you could possibly need available. I had system issues and each time I emailed customer support a professional and constructive response was received in a timely manner.

This company is legit! Bought a Windows 10 key, super zmooth process, within seconds received the key via email. However, I had technical problems on my PC (nothing to do with key) Turnkey did their best to coach me through it but PC is very old so I decided to get a new computer instead. Requested a refund and Turnkey understood my problem, refunded with no complications whatsover. I will certainly recommend!!!!

My install failed initially, so i wrote to customer support expecting a bot. A real person (or an incredibly well crafted bot) replied and walked me through uninstalling, reinstalling and fixing the problem. My office suite works great. Thanks Charly!!!! I am sincerely impressed

Comprehensive guidence and excellent value.

Incredible customer service. I had installation issues, mostly related to my system bios and other issues unrelated to their product. Charly in chat walked me through all the potential problems until it was resolved. The product is everything it advertised to be and more. I highly recommend Turnkey Point.
