Colour to light not as advertised on website.
Well I’m not great with online ordering really like to see what I’m buying. I ordered 3 mats in what I thought was brown quite dark as my previous purchase not on line 10+ years ago. My next 2 emails within 24 hours were an offer of free delivery worth £4.95 in think, I’d spent over £80 which entitled me to free delivery anyway so no great shakes. Next came 15% off your next order well I’d just spent over £100 so with your five year guarantee was very unlikely to have another order. When my order arrived the colour of them was not as the colour appeared on the website quite a lot lighter so I’ve sent them all back. I’m sad I do like the quality of turtle mats mine have worked for me for years in our farmhouse just need the right colour and you’ve got to pretty and light colours

They wash beautifully, I would recommend using their own turtle rug wash too.

Very poor service
Sadly I placed an order (TM184763)and received a mat with a fault running through the pattern. I was told it could be a fold when they finally answered. It definitely wasn’t a fold. It’s a fault in the pattern running in 2 tramlines.
I was told they would sort it out but despite chasing them I STILL have no progress.
EDIT: I have just had an email. I’ll edit accordingly if they do what they say they will do.

Superb quality
We have 7 turtle mats in our home, some of which are still going strong after 10+ years of wear and tear. I've recently replaced 3 and I'm very pleased with the colours. The quality is as good as ever, too.

Reliable, washable product
Have used turtle mats for years. Great product, wash well and don't disintegrate like some others.
Good grip. Use them on hard and carpeted floors.
Order arrived promptly. My error in ordering the wrong size speedily refunded. Good customer service.

Had one before, bought a new one
Ordered a mat (have had one before, really like them), can put in the washing machine. Several sizes and colours to choose from, fairly quick delivery, not too much packaging.

This is my second Turtle Mat
This is my second Turtle Mat, and is a replacement for my first Turtle Mat ... after 11 years! So I can't complain about not getting my money's worth. Hard wearing and gorgeous designs, and wash well. Would recommend.

Smart safety for us oldies.
