This is my 2nd mat

This is my 2nd mat. My elderly dog has decided this is the place to have a wee in the night on occasions! Its easy to wash and chuck in the tumble drier. The rubber backing protects my wooden floor from getting wet. Worth paying that bit extra for the quality and durability.

Royal Mail held up my parcel

Royal Mail held up my parcel. It did not arrive the day it should have done. Turtle Mat were very helpful at chasing them up and getting my parcel delivered.
Very pleased with my mats, although I have bought 4 Turtle Mats previously and like them. When I opened these my black trousers became covered in light fawn bits from the mats. A bit annoying.

Excellent quality that lasts.

Great communication, well packaged and delivered when they said it would be. The quality of these mats is brilliant, I bought this to replace an existing mat I’ve had for years.

Slate Grey Not Black as described. Bought on recommendation from flooring


Bought on recommendation from flooring fitters as it is compatible with Karndean flooring. Prompt delivery. Only rated 4* as the colour is definitely not black as described, more of a slate grey, but will keep as it will work OK. Will be interesting to see how it wears and washes.

Previously bought a mat that stayed


Previously bought a mat that stayed soggy on my doorstep so changed for one of the rope door mats and that seems to work perfectly. Big enough and looks smart in the porch.

Outdoor mat??

Nice looking mat but not what I’d normally use for outdoors as it’s very thin - hence four stars instead of five.

Have contacted turtle Mat after excess shedding and not laying flat 


Have contacted turtle Mat after purchasing in December due to excess shedding of my two mats and the fact that they are not laying flat after months of use. I am getting a full hoover container full every two days from these mats and after previously having turtle mats know this is not the usual standard. Disapppointed with your customer service department who can only advise me to wash the mats... These are brand new why would I wash them!also this is not stated on the website as a before use recommendation or I would not have purchases.
Would never recommend this brand again to anyone, the quality is not like it used to be.

Prompt delivery- excellent product. bought because we had bought one a few years ago and it’s still giving great service! easy to wash. much better than cheaper products that lose their grip and absorbency. Looks smart too
