TW Drainage レビュー 

Firstly I had a young man called Alfie attend to carry out a camera inspection of an out side pipe, he was polite, friendly and professional. When he could not find any issue on the CCTV, I asked if it was possible to speak to a manager to find out what the next step would be. I then spoke to a gentleman called James, known as Fish. He was amazingly helpful and very reassuring on the phone. A few days later he arrived in person at my property to carry out an inspection of the leaking pipe and preform a dye test to locate the issue. Once he was satisfied that he had located the problem, he took the time to show what was causing the problem and talked me through what would happen next.
Fish/James went above and beyond to keep me updated and informed me of the process every step of the way, of which I was most grateful. The gentleman that carried out the works was also polite and professional, taking the time to inform me that the works had been completed and what was involved. So far I have had no further issues with the pipe, therefore I am more than satisfied with their work and outstanding customer service. If only every company conducted themselves in such a professional and friendly manner, I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you Fish & Team. Best Wishes Shirley Evans

I was visited by a very capable and pleasant young man by the name of Sony recently. He went the extra mile to thoroughly check and try to find the cause of the issue.

Even when the cause could not be found because further investigation was necessary, he, like his name, remained positive and answered my many questions as to the possible cause of the issue and what the next steps might be. He reassured me, which was very important. He was patient and took the time that was necessary to thoroughly investigate the issue.

Alfie&Freddy came to put a camera down our drain to help our plumbing problems. They were very polite and very good at what they did, solved our problems 2 very good lads🙏

It was not a great experience however the person that attended (George ) did an excellent job , he was very knowledgeable about what he does and was able to explain it in a way so that I overstand the situation , however the Job is now in need of a Plumbing engineer as the last person that attended to deal with the blockage may have damaged the pump as it is not working and I am unable to use the Shower ,,
I am in remission for stage 4 Lung Cancer and I have had 2 spinal sergeries, I recieve Carers 3 times a day , I can not walk unaided so I am wondering as a vulnerable adult , how long it will be before my shower is up and running again

Had a serious drainage problem with waste coming out of my kitchen sink, one guy from another company came and couldn’t do anything, then SAM THE MAN arrived and found what was wrong in less then 5 minutes! He quickly got to work and sorted the problem. He cleaned all the mess after so I didn’t have to deal with what had been leaking. Absolutely amazing service!

Marcus came to descale my kitchen sink pipes and did a fantastic job very impressed.

Very polite and friendly staff. They took their time to ensure everything was done properly. I was really impressed by their work as many had come to try and fix our drains but failed and they got it done in a matter of hours. After 6 months our drains are finally in order thanks to Charlie and Alf.

Turned up when they said they would, did the job and would highly recommend!

Shawn went above and beyond to not only fix my drainage but also the leak underneath my sink. He was kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend

I would give TW ten stars if it was possible. After being taken for a very expensive ride by a previous drainage company - which didn’t fix the problem - we contacted TW after a recommendation. They fixed one problem on the spot, did a thorough survey of the issues and eventually suggested a solution costing about 20% of the previous company’s estimate. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Reported a blocked drain to TWD and within 3 hours a very kind, professional engineer came out called Marcus. He talked us through the reason why this had happened and how to resolve it. Within 25 minutes he had the system working and was on his way. Incredible service and would highly recommend.

We had a great drainage engineer come out called Ben Brady. He was amazing. He done the job so well, it was efficient and cleared up after himself immaculately thank you so much!.

Didn’t really want to write this as the dealings in the initial stage were all good but sadly when the ‘drainage experts’ arrived they seemed extremely uninterested.

After some looking at my drains they came back and said the blockage was off boundary and there’s nothing they could do.

My water company came out and found the blockage about 6 meters from one of the drains the fellas had supposedly looked at and I was informed the blockage was on boundary.

Did exactly what they said they would do. And more. Would recommend as they are professional and polite.

Job well done by Charlie and Alfie. I would 100% what them for the job next time
