Two polite gentleman worked great fixing my bathroom sink. Thank you very much to Andrew and Nima.

I had an emergency going on for 3days. I had an engineer here fo 4hours could not do a thing then TWdrainage were put in charge.And then an engineer called Barry turned up from the gods as far as I was concerned. He sorted my emergency in 15 minutes was polite and offered to mop the floor before he left. Thank you Barry.

Keiigley and Connie did a very good job, they know what they were doing, good eye contact, they clean after the job was finished. And they unblocked the sink, we have not being able to use the sink because of the blockage, but within thirty minutes the did the job with satisfaction

TW came to ours today, to investigate and fix a suspected shared supply leak. They were very professional, worked quickly to locate the problem and kept mess to a minimum. They even helped us put back a few floorboards that we'd raised for ease of access (not actually needed), so the service was 'above and beyond'. Very knowledgeable and friendly to boot! A job well done, would recommend.

Keighley and Connie came to fix the problem. It took them literally 10 minutes to get my balcony clean of all the drainage water, that was there. I am really really impressed with their work. Keighley was friendly and respectful.

I had Sean of TWD attend my home to address an issue where my WC was backing up and he went above and beyond, explaining all of the steps he took to unblock my toilet.

Manhole covers were removed to the rear of the property, as the problem wasn’t internal and the jetting machine was used in all directions to ensure we didn’t encounter any further problems.

Although the issue hasn’t been fully resolved and Thames Water have been called to remedy a larger issue with the main drainage of the area, Sean ensured that we wouldn’t encounter any further issues until Thames Water attend.

Sean is an asset to TWD and they’d do well to keep hold of him, as I’m sure many a drainage company would benefit massively from his knowledge, professionalism and attitude towards work.

I hope this review reaches Sean and he is made aware of the peace of mind he has given my wife.

Marcus from TW drainage was absolutely excellent. I had a blockage for just over a month which caused my boiler to pack up. I had no heating and hot water and could not use my sink or washing machine. Clarion Housing sent several engineers out to try and fix the problem to no avail. Marcus from Tw drainage comes along and fixes the issue on his first visit. He was polite, professional and highly efficient. I would highly recommend!

I’ve been having a terrible leak in my bathroom for over 6 weeks. Numerous plumber have attended and have not be able to find out where the leak is coming from. It took Marcus 20 mins on site, to check the various flats above to rectify the leak. He used basic common sense and is amazing at job good! TW Drainage, retain and look after skilled employees like Marcus; they are hard to find!

This Company is a third party, I only known after the job is done. Axis didn't informed me that they used other company.
I was booked between 08:00 -13:00 by Axis.
After 1pm I rang Axis and I was told they maybe running late so I told them I would appreciate if they keep me inform whats happening, if they running late or not coming. I was waiting and its passed the time slot they gave me. ( Seems Axis not doing a good job )
I'm new in this area and I find it peoples are unfriendly and stuck up.

I don"t even know what time He arrived as it doesn't bother me, as long as I know that someone still coming and I was informed.

Darryl is very professional but polite and friendly. First time someone in this area is polite. After He finished the job, His trying to make sure that all the mess is been cleaned.
Then He explained to me that they are third party doing work for Axis.
Base on my experienced I will definitely recommend this company. TW drainage
