For a long time I wondered why I didn't have the smooth skin that others did, and talking about this with Dr Zahra helped uncover a number of things - starting with an intolerance test, which identified a number of food exclusions i would need to make. She is always thoughtful in her comments and recommendations - making me feel safe in the knowledge that her advise is tailored for my needs. Followed by a new skin care routine - she periodically checks in and provides further advise and patiently answers my numerous questions :). I'm so happy to be on this trusted journey with Dr. Zahra, and I would highly recommend the services of Tweak to anyone that asked.
I'm at the beginning of this journey - but the improvements of my skin are already apparent, which is giving me so much more confidence to the point that i'm wearing minimal make up - as my skin feels so much more hydrated, plump and smooth!

I was very nervous about coming in for my first treatment of this type(lip filler) but have wanted to do it for years, and I am now so glad that I have and that I chose such a great team to help me do so.

Both doctors were so sweet, friendly, and accomodating, and made sure I was very comfortable. I've always been self-conscious about my mouth. Dr Zahra was able to help so professionally and expertly, and I'm so happy with the results. I'm hooked!

Before:
We had a phone consultation, and she looked at photos and videos that I sent to assess my lip's form and my goals. We talked about possibilities, risks, procedure, and the science behind the procedure. It was clear to me that her practice had the perfect blend of trustworthiness and prioritisation of the patients' feelings and well-being.

Arrival:
Immediately upon arrival, I noted that they were lovely and gentle people and that their office was pristine and very posh. As I sat down, the team gave me numbing cream and took me through all the details on the procedure, aftercare, and risks.

During:
As we got started, I felt like Dr Zahra was an impressive and compassionate master sculptor, more passionate about getting the shape I wanted than even I was. Throughout the procedure, she was very serious and made sure I felt ok. When she had me look at progress in the mirror partway through, I was already so happy! She even used extra filler to adjust some other parts of my smile to optimise it as much as possible and leave none to waste.

After:
I was immediately given a set of clear aftercare instructions as well as a direct line to contact them in case I had any questions or concerns. They followed up the next day and checked on me, which was above and beyond very lovely.

I'm so pleased with the result; I've never had so much glee from anything I've ever purchased.

I recently had an appointment for Profhilo and I was incredibly impressed with Dr Zahra from the outset. Not only is her premises immaculate, the PPE and Covid safe practice is excellent. Dr Zahra’s professionalism is outstanding and she is also a highly skilled aesthetic practitioner. I feel at ease, informed and most importantly not encouraged to take unnecessary procedures. I can’t wait to come back for my 2nd treatment! Dr Zahra you are amazing!

I am writing this four days after my treatment with Dr Zahra and couldn't be happier with my results. I had lip filler and anti wrinkle injections and both have worked really well and exceeded my expectations. I have had lip filler before, but had always bruised really badly for at least a week afterwards. Dr Zahra, talked through ways we could look to minimise the bruising before my treatment and her suggested course of action has worked brilliantly! No bruising at all :-) Also, she made what can be quite an uncomfortable experience relatively pain free.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Dr Zahra was really knowledgable and helpful and also just a lovely person! I had lip filler and wrinkle injections. As I hadn’t had the wrinkle injections before, Dr Zahra followed up with me to see how I was doing and whether we had achieved the desired result. Ordered food allergy test via Tweak Facial Aesthetics. They took care of everything from having a consultation with me to determine what test would be appropriate to talking me through the very simple steps of the actual test to keeping me updated every step of the way. The results came fairly quickly and Tweak talked me through what the results meant and gave me a detailed guide on the types of food I should be eating and avoiding! I have noticed MASSIVE differences in my symptoms, I used to feel very uncomfortable in the evening at certain times of the day but now I have cut out certain foods I have seen the long term effects. It’s given me some much needed clarity as I didn’t know what foods were triggering my symptoms before. I’d highly recommend a food intolerance test for a more predictable and pain free tummy!

I had a full skin consultation with Zahra and she was incredibly knowledgable and professional. She really understood the various skin concerns I had and suggested targeted and effective treatments. As a result of our discussion, I ordered a vitamin C serum as well as an eye cream and having used them now for around 4 months I am absolutely delighted with the results. I can see a visible improvement in my skin!

She's been incredibly helpful sharing information with me about products suitable for my skin and advising me on what would work best. I used Tweak Your Face for a skin consultation during lockdown. They helped me order the products they recommended and they arrived very quickly, despite being in lockdown. Instruction and reassurance was always provided. I’d highly recommend them and look forward to getting procedures done when lockdown lifts.

Had a facetime consultation with Tweak twice, first regarding a non-surgical rhinoplasty and second regarding tear trough fillers. Both Dr Zahra and Dr Yusuf made me feel completely at ease and went through everything I needed to know in detail, gave me advice, dates and all the information I needed. I felt completely at ease and after research where to get dermal fillers for a very long time, I finally felt settled and happy with my choice to go with Tweak. Due to covid-19 my appointment with them is still in the pipeline however during this wait, Dr Zahra recommended me some prescribed skincare due to my dark circles. At first I was hesitant because I have used so many eye creams and nothing has ever worked for me. But once the products arrived, Dr Zahra explained everything with meticulous detail, even sending photos and voicenotes and honestly the products worked like a miracle!! My dark circles have decreased hugely after only one week of use, it looks like I am wearing make up when I am bare faced and my face is so glowy and hydrated! I am so so happy with the service and because of how good the skincare worked, I am no longer going for the tear trough treatment but I am looking forward to meeting them for my non-surgical rhinoplasty soon. Very pushy and want 50 pounds up front , took ALL my details over the phone and briefly booking like month away ....but she found my Pay Pal account!!!! 🛑 And requested psi ent for 50 pounds WITHOUT my permission!!! .She promised to send me to my email products and images of her work but never did only request money from my Pay Pal ,Guess what .... I found them on Instagram and .....did not like her work results !!!

Not only is Zahra such a nice, down to earth person, she made me feel so relaxed and discussed in great detail exactly what results i wanted. What's more is she didn't just get rid of my lines she also made my face more symmetrical! What i was most impressed with is the service provided in general. Zahra discussed with me it will take about two weeks to see the full results. At around one and a half weeks Zahra got in contact with me seeing how i was doing and if i wanted to come in for a review- Tweak what to ensure you are happy and that they have provided the most optimal results not just a clinic that fire anything in your face and never contact you again. Couldn't recommend more and will be back!

I've seen Zahra a few times to get my lips done and she is just utterly fabulous.

Upon arrival to my appointment we discussed my desired end results, she is always concise and thorough meaning at no point have I felt unsure of anything.

The treatment itself was a breeze. Zahra is so gentle and I was never bothered about any of the needle insertion, she always gave me a heads up when the sensation would change which was appreciated
Part of my lip treatment was done with a cannula meaning a few less insertion points and I'm ecstatic with the results.

Zahra's knowledge and passion for aesthetics is always apparent and her approach to the industry is refreshing. For this reason, and so many others I'll always travel the 2+ hours from my home to Bond Street despite there being closer options.

The best clinic I’ve been to in London. From the moment I arrived I felt completely at ease. As someone who works in the beauty industry, I am very particular and I was delighted with the results of my treatment. I am planning to book another treatment soon.

The location is so easy to get to from Oxford Circus and Bond Street and Dr Zahra is incredibly good at what she does. Highly recommended.
