We understand how upsetting it is to see an unexpected charge, especially after previously requesting to remain on a lower-cost plan. We never want members to feel surprised by changes to their account or have to repeatedly contact us to resolve billing issues.

Over the past few months, we've transitioned to a single Complete Care membership, which includes access to additional services such as UTI, BV, and yeast infection treatment, skincare, and ongoing provider support. The communication around these changes may not have been clear enough in your case.

We'd appreciate the opportunity to review your account and make sure everything is set up according to your preferences moving forward. Please reach out to our support team so we can help.

We've recently transitioned to a single Complete Care membership that includes access to care for additional needs such as UTIs, yeast infections, skincare, and more.
