We've always loved tea. There's nothing like it to lift the spirits and raise a smile, whether alone or with others, out and about or in the comforts of your own home. In January 2017, we decided to do something really innovative for lovers of tea and set about creating a range of the finest whole leaf teas, herbs and fruits, blended to delight taste buds and bring a smile to its drinkers. Frankly, we were a little underwhelmed by the teas available in the supermarkets (and a little disappointed to learn that even the cutesy, more expensive brands are invariably just owned by the massive brands anyway.) Our blends are full of little surprises that make them different. An additional ingredient with a functional benefit
or an unconventional flavour pairing that transforms something nice into something spectacular. A tea that’s specifically designed to be drunk cold or one that tastes so good it must be bad (but isn’t). We like to think of them as Blends With Benefits. Now, we have a range of over 40 delicious, healthy and innovative blends that are available direct through our website, and in cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices and independent retailers all over the UK. We ordered the tea

We ordered the tea, hoping it would arrive on Friday, before we left on holiday (2pm ish). It didn’t arrive, so we just expected it to be here on our return (today). However, there’s no sign of the tea anywhere.My assumption is that it wasn’t delivered to this address somehow.

I've been a tea club subscriber for a long time and like that I could log in to my account to change my monthly teas and skip a month etc until this summer I had due to my health condition amassed several months tea as I hadn't been able to drink them so I thought I'd get my subscription paused for a few months to give me a chance to use the teas I'd got stored up I'd managed to pause them for a few months but then got a email that my order had processed and the teas were dispatched so I emailed Twist Teas and got no response I had to email them again to get a response and they responded they were experiencing website issues and not an issue I thought everyone has IT issues at sometime roll on to the next month and it happened again so I emailed them to ask to cancel I didn't receiveany response it but I still received it so after several years I've cancelled my subscription it's not worth paying for something when you don't need it and I'll just purchase when I want a pack and my stock is depleted.

I love this company!

I love this company! Their teas are exquisite and I look forward to sampling some more in the future.

The packaging is functional and easy, their flavours are delightful.

They give wonderful free gifts as well, just to enhance the customer experience. I enjoy trying new flavours each time, their recommendations for how to make them (whether as a cold brew or a hot tea) is useful too, as I am a bit clueless.

First time buying from Twist tea and I am delighted with my purchase. The product is fabulous and the service, delivery and personal touch was 100%. Great contact and communication with seller and was packaged beautifull. Great for giving as a gift too. Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing again. Thank you x
