From the time of initial contact until the job was completed, Two Lions 11 Ltd provided an excellent service. Communication was spot on throughout and their team did an incredibly efficient & thorough job. Highly recommended.

My mother in law has again used the services of Nikolay and his team for a garden tidy. They are hardworking, discuss, advise and explain everything thoroughly. Two Lions 11 are a reliable company, communicate every step of the way and are very punctual. Every time they have been used she has been pleased with the result.

Admin-wise, the coordination has been clear and detailed (whatsapp), unlike most other trades people we've come across.

Work-wise, we've done stage 1 and so far so good. They've done what we've talked about. Easy to communicate with too. Look forward to getting stage 2 completed.

After an initial visit to confirm the amount of work needed and quote me they were able to quickly disassemble everything and dispose of it.

Two of the team came out last weekend to make a start on my jungle of a back garden. They wasted no time and laid into the work professionally and quick. They were very polite and took time to go over some details about preferences. Happy for them to return and complete the next stage.

Dishwasher installation
I contacted Two Lions 11 to see about getting a dishwasher fitted. I had been putting it off for years because of all the steps it takes. I got in touch with them via email and they talked me through everything, We discussed where the dishwasher was going and cost. I was happy with everything .They're very reasonable. All through the process they kept me up to date. From the initial Email on the Monday to me buying and getting the machine delivered, it was installed on the following Tuesday. If I had known how simple this process was, I would have done it years ago. My fitter was courteous and explained everything about all the products I should use, and best programs. He even gave me advice about an cooker hood. But that's for a later time.

Nikolai was helpful, informative and friendly. Professional work to high standard at reasonable prices. Would recommend.
