This willwriting partnership were excellent,explained everything so we could understand. The review by Ego city is my brother stamping his feet because my parents have changed there will from leaving everything to him to sharing it equally between myself my brother and my 2 sisters..

I am extremely concerned about the way the willwriting partnership has handled my father’s affairs. My father has dementia and Alzheimer’s, and yet the company claimed he had the mental capacity to sign a Lasting Power of Attorney and a new will.

This is particularly troubling because they had previously refused him once, yet still proceeded, without obtaining independent medical confirmation of his capacity. Their actions have placed my father’s finances and assets at serious risk, and have caused significant distress to our family.

I strongly urge anyone considering their services to be extremely cautious, especially when dealing with vulnerable individuals, and to ensure that proper medical and legal safeguards are followed.

I will be reporting you to my local MP and have sent a written complaint to you. If this is not rectified I will also be requesting a police investigation on why someone who cannot remember who his wife is can suddenly rewrite his will and give power of attorney.

The whole process from start to finish was made so easy by Liz Lomas. Any queries were answered immediately by phone or Liz would call round. Thanks also to the staff behind the scenes.

Our family members live all over the world so doing the will was most difficult as we cannot all be in the same place at once. Also a lot of us change countries from time to time. We did not know how complex making a will was in the UK but we like your system. Telephonic contact was also difficult so having my representative on my mobile whats app worked very well for us.

Writing a will and setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney was something my wife and myself had been putting off for quite sometime. I attended a seminar run by Will Writing Partnership and was introduced to Petrina who then visited us at home. There was no pressure for us to sign up for their services but we are both very grateful that we did and the cost was much more manageable than we thought it would be.
From that first visit she advised what was required and she guided us through the whole procedure and covered aspects we had not thought about. If we had questions these were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble for her.

I have dealt with this company for the last couple of years and in that time I have found them to be professional & have good standards.
Nothing was too much bother & the work that Rebecca did for me was exemplary.

We were heavily sold on a trust from a worker from this company, who basically not only missold the "Trust" For the desired purpose that we found out later, would NOT do it's intended purpose for us, but after paying nearly £4000, we found out (accidentally) They hadn't even set it up. This begged massive questions into what we signed, and it turned out the witnessed signatures we were categorically told was the final signature required, was in fact signing a "Draft". This then turned sour and led us into investigating the guy that sold this to us, which turned out we found the exact same named person, with the exact same background and age having served 2 custodial jail sentences for fraud and embezzlement. We questioned the owner of TWC about this, and he couldn't have been as uncadid and cagey as he could be. We tried everything to find out firstly was this the same criminal that was in our house selling us these financial contracts, secondly why did we have to pay in full, to "accidentally" Find out our trust hadn't been put to the solicitors from TWC (meaning they conveniently had all the money from the sale for nearly a year) And thirdly after doing more thorough research why we were sold something that other similar companies told us, would NOT work for its intended purpose they sold it on. And he did everything in his power to drag this on, without answering any of our questions. Now we have a £4000 trust that isn't worth the paper it's written on (for the purpose it was sold) Sold by what we are sure is a criminal in this very field. Avoid them at all costs.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience when we were guided through our will writing by petrina and were so grateful for the time and effort she put in to it on our behalf, we found it great value for money and appreciated not being rushed.
