I have had a very good experience with TXM. They were able to secure me a placement when others couldn't. They also got me a fairly decent rate. Mason, in particular, has been brilliant! Also prompt in responding to my queries.

I have been given so many work opportunities which otherwise, I would never have experienced. Sophie has been wonderful; always helpful and responsive, and gone out of her way to solve any issues. When starting new assignments, everything has been sorted in a timely manner and any queries responded to without delay. On arrival in a new work location, Sophie has always followed up within a couple of days to check that all is well, both with work and accommodation.

An outstanding consultant Rebecca who is always positive, approachable and supportive. She always go the extra mile to help me and ensure everything run smoothly. Rebecca is very reliable, friendly and energetic 😊.

Knows how to look after their nurses well

One of the things I really like about working with TXM is that as a company is always there for its nurses. Secondly I value the opportunities I have had since I joined TXM. TXM has been helpful in finding me work. I have been to some of the most amazing places to work. My review is incomplete if I don’t mention my client manager Sophie. She is such an excellent problem solver as demonstrated most recently. I was impressed at the way she handled the problem. It wasn’t easy but Sophie managed. Through her amazing communication skills she managed to get a positive result to what was a challenging situation.

I’ve had a great experience with TXM Healthcare, working with them as a registered nurse for the past 6 months. The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive, particularly my recruitment consultant, Rebecca Rowe has been amazing! Communication has always been clear, and they’ve matched me with shifts that suit my skills and availability. The onboarding process was smooth, and any questions or issues I had were handled quickly. I’d definitely recommend TXM Healthcare to other nurses looking for reliable agency work.

As a partner of someone who works for this awful company I hate it. They never pay their staff on time, they don’t communicate effectively and they don’t provide payslips. It’s a disgusting company that exploits staff members that work incredibly hard to provide care to vulnerable people.

Honestly I advise any nurse to give this cowboy excuse for a recruitment company a wide swerve.
I truly suffered ongoing stress and incompetence throughout my time there.
The weird thing is they think they are brilliant but it's all talk and empty promises ....the nurses leaving the sinking ship tell the true story of how they are as a agency.

I really feel sad leaving TXM to hospital bank After long time working through them since 2016 , had lovely and pleasant time with them , they are very supportive , helpful and professional. They are always there whenever l need , especially Georgia nicklson, Aaron, Tiffany, Julia. , Bethan and all other staffs . I definitely recommend this company over and over . Dr Basim Al-samarraie

I hosted a nurse at my accommodation, booked by Kate from TXM Healthcare. The nurse requested that he be allowed to stay an extra night, which I agreed to conditional on being paid immediately for the extra night.
He agreed to this. Payment was not made, has been promised by him many times, but still not happened.
Kate, who booked the room through Airbnb, ignores my messages and I am very unhappy with my experience with this company.
I would not recommend them, nor will I accept bookings from them again.
Terrible communication. Non payment.
Disgusted.

I was contacted by the company representative, Tiffany, who apologised and who has now made payment to me in full.
I was asked buy her to remove my negative review, but I feel that the most honest thing to do is edit by way of this update.
I don't believe I would have been paid had I not left the original review on this platform.
The power of true and honest reviews is so important.
