Dr Mich was very personable, kind and helpful. The nurse doing the allergy testing was also lovely. Obviously a great team and made my son feel very comfortable.

Dr Mich Lajeunesse was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Lindsey, the nurse practitioner, was excellent at putting my son at ease during his tests. The timing of the appointment was exceptional, and the entire team was very welcoming.
There were a few issues at reception when checking in, as the iPads were not working. This resulted in a short wait, and the receptionist appeared to be managing the desk on her own. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive.

We feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful allergy consultant as Dr Lajeunesse. He initially treated our son and has now also seen our daughter. Dr Lajeunesse is not only highly knowledgeable and truly professional but also incredibly kind and reassuring. He takes time to explain everything clearly and makes both children feel comfortable and at ease. We truly appreciate his care and would highly recommend him to other families.

Very polite and efficient service. Kind and friendly manner with my young child. Tests run and diagnosis given all in the same appointment.

Dr Mich Lajeneusse is a total hero. He identified the allergies in our young baby, freeing her of her eczema almost immediately. His compassion, support and advice was second to none and he continued to provide support afterwards when other symptoms crept up. We are eternally grateful for Mich and giving us a very happy baby back after months of itching, discomfort and stress. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable too. If you’re looking for answers, I highly recommend Mich and his team.

Amazing consultation, Dr. Mich is a very calm and professional, he explain all the options and give all the recommendations.

A quick and efficient process with getting the appointment scheduled. Upon arrival everything moved smoothly and we were done within the hour after a clear and concise conversation with Dr Mich Lajeunesse.

Everyone we have dealt with has been so lovely and helpful.

For the past eight months, our son has been undergoing immunotherapy for his peanut allergy. Initially, even a small amount of peanuts could trigger a severe reaction, but now, thanks to gradual treatment, he can safely eat two peanut M&Ms. Mich and the team have delivered unparalleled expertise and support, significantly improving his quality of life and potentially saving it. We are immensely grateful to Allergy Healthcare.

We attended clinic as I have severe allergies and we therefore had not exposed our baby to certain food types through pregnancy or his first year of life. We wanted to get the him allergy tested to put our minds at rest and expose him to a range of foods if safe.
Dr Mich Lajeunesse was so easy to talk to. He made my husband and I feel at ease straight away and we felt we were listened to. Allergy tests confirmed baby was not allergic to anything! He now’s gets to go with his Dad for egg as we can’t have them in the home due to my airborne allergies.
Dr Lajeunesse was kind and had such a wonderful manner with our baby. It was absolutely the best decision we made to go private and get our minds put at ease.

Joanna shows remarkable patience and encouragement. Although I strayed from the main subject at times, we ultimately settled on a strategy for the upcoming year.

Our son has been supported through immunotherapy treatment for a peanut allergy for the last 8 months. At the beginning of his journey he was likely to have a serious reaction to peanut ingestion, but today, following incremental treatment he was able to eat two peanut M&Ms with no harm. Mich and his team have provided a level of knowledge and care that is second to none and the treatment has enhanced his quality of life as well as potentially saving it. We cannot thank Allergy Healthcare enough.

My daughter was referred to this clinic urgently. A few days later I received an email from the PA offering an appointment on a date, but at an unspecified time. I wrote back to ask when and got no response. When I followed up, I was allocated an appointment in the middle of the school day. Yesterday, the PA phoned again, now the doctor cannot see my daughter in person and wants to do a video consultation (ie she is available, just unwilling to travel), followed by allergy testing at a separate time - this equates to two mornings off school. I expressed concerns about this, the PA said she would call back, instead this morning, I received an email with exactly the same information and no proposed time for the second appointment or the offer of an alternative appointment in a few weeks and at a date we cannot make. This is something I am paying for and the service is terrible.

I cannot recommend Dr Mich Lajeunesse enough.

My son has had peanut allergy for over two years and we recently attended an appointment with him to arrange the oral peanut challenge. He put my mind at ease straight away during the appointment. On the day itself Dr Mich and his nurse were exceptional. My son passed the challenge and can now eat peanut freely. The whole process was so smooth and I am so grateful.

Dr Lajeunesse is exceptionally knowledgeable, as well as very caring, professional and thorough in his treatment and care. We feel very lucky our children are under his care. Thank you so much.

Vas has been brilliant with our son in allergy clinic. It feels like she’s gone above and beyond to make sure we have all of the information needed and supported us through this journey. She clearly cares about the welfare of her patients and we really appreciated her help.
