The order took a long time arriving, the Prismacolors are perfect

It took 10 days for my little parcel to arrive via DHL , and some items were missing. However , I genuinely appreciate the fact that TXT LTD was kind to send me the remaining items swiftly and add some extra pencils in the parcel as a gift.

Die Bestellung war einfach, die Artikel waren schnell bei mir, ich war zufrieden. Leider kann ich das von anderen Lieferanten momentan nicht behaupten. Die bestellten Stifte habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert, gehe aber davon aus, dass sie so funktionieren, wie beschrieben.

Very easy to order. Quick delivery. Only concern is the pencils were not padded in the box so they rattled a little. Just hope the leads are not broken. I’m sure TXT LTD can remedy this though with a little paper in future.

Great choice of coloured pencils and good prices. Unfortunately on this occasion my order arrived incomplete but a quick email sorted this out immediately and I received the rest of my order within a few days. Happy to recommend this company.

We order 7 pens all the same size, we received 7 pens all different sizes… attempted to contact support to get it resolved and found there to be no way to contact about orders

Had the pencils that I needed as available open stock which was brilliant. There was a mix up with a some of the pencils despatched but these things happen and it was rectified promptly at no cost to me. Will definitely use TXT again. Thank you

d'autant plus que j'avais bcp de mal à trouver ces crayons et là, tout y était à un prix raisonnable compte tenu de la qualité .Je recommanderai très certainement!
