We believe our belts are very reasonably priced especially for the the high quality leather and materials that we use in their manufacture. The leather colour was changed to match the fabric colour based on an on-line survey that we did where the majority of voters voted for this.

As we advised you in our telephone conversation and as stated in our returns policy sent with your order you need to return the wallet in order for us the review properly the issue and ultimately provide you with a refund. To date we have not received the return which is why you have not heard from us or received a refund. So we deem this to be an unfair review in light of the circumstances.
11/12/24 Update. The return was received by us today via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and signed for 09:08am. On inspection of the wallet we do not agree with the reason for the return. However, a refund has been issued as part of our hassle-free 30 day policy.
