Site is shutdown now but when it worked it was constant buffering

Awful company, service barely works then after a few days they ghost you on customer support, I've been waiting over a week for them to fix my service as all I get is a black screen and no response on the WhatsApp and no other way to contact them, utter joke use a better provider

Scam service app does not work stay away take money then cuts you off

Bought a month to test it. 1st 2 weeks, worked great. Last 2 weeks not so much. Tons of buffering.

I went through an ordeal to get this to work. I emailed the company from the address that sent me confirmation because the Customer assistance tab didnt work. I called both customer service numbers...one told me I won a medic alert bracelet and the other told me I had won $100. When I told them I need technical assistance they said I had the wrong number. This company just scammed me out of $20. This was difficult to get running but the quality so far seems okay. They need major updates on contact for customer service.

The lagging is quite serious and even 404 code errors every 15 seconds. Impossible to reach them. Their link connects to Watsapp but their number is not registered. Then they have a contact section and it is impossible to send message. I tried one month and it was okay now that I paid for 12 months it's really bad

Only working late at night when the server is less busy don't waste ya money they know the problem but just keep taking the cash poor customer service as well

THE WEBSITE TYPHOON LABSTV.ORG HAD MOSTLY GOOD STREAMING BUT HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY OLD MONTHLY PLAN EXPIRED SO I WENT FURTHER & BOUGHT A 3 MONTH PLAN INSTEAD. BUT WHEN YOU PERFORM THIS ACTION BY PURCHASING A DIFFERENT TYPE OF PLAN MOST OF THE TIME THE IPTV SERVICE HAS TO SEND DIFFERENT LOG IN CREDENTIALS ON THE APP. OR APPS. OF YOUR CHOOSING OTHERWISE THE OLD LOG INTO CREDENTIALS WILL NOT WORK. I SENT THEM VARIOUS EMAILS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM BUT THERE WAS NEVER AN ANSWER. TYPHOONLABSTV.ORG TAKES MY MONEY & THEN DOES NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED. I ALSO NOTICE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. INCOMPETENT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. GO TO ANOTHER IPTV PROVIDER. THE WEBSITE IS ON TOP OF THIS REVIEW. THERE ALSO MAY BE MORE THAN ONE TYPHOON LABS OUT THERE. CHECK THE HTTP OR URL. THERE IS ANOTHER IPTV SERVICE CALLED ATTVZONE WHICH IS MUCH BETTER. I HAVE BEEN USING ATTV ZONE FOR A WHILE & THIS WEBSITE ACCEPTS PAYPAL DEBIT CARDS. THIS WEBSITE IS CALLED ATTVZONE.COM. THIS WEBSITE SENDS YOU AN EMAIL WITH AN INVOICE WHEN IT IS TIME TO RENEW YOUR SERVICE. YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET 10% OFF BUT SHOULD BE ABLE TO FINISH OUT YOUR OLD SERVICE PLAN & GET YOUR FULL TIME OF SERVICE YOU ARE PAYING FOR ON YOUR NEW PLAN. CHECK THE DATES ON THE INVOICE OF THE EMAIL BEFORE PURCHASE. HAPPY STREAMING.

Set it up and no channels actually even work no live no nothing... Just getting playback error and attempted to contact their customer support and their number doesnt exist on whatsapp which is the only form of contact listed on their site... Wrote them an email and no response either. Can you guys please get in touch?

Not the same - no customer service - Very few USA channels. DO NOT GET

There’s another iota service posing as typhoon labs. Do not be fooled it is not them. Customer service sucks as well as their service. Typhoon labs was the best and no longer exists. If you want an excellent alternative I recommend Catchon. Just as good. I’ve had it for about 6 months. I have 4 connections I believe. Customer service is top notch. I made a year purchase it wasn’t expensive but I can’t remember what I paid.

Not happy with my first day. Startup data sent menus appear but not a single channel will
Actually play. The big bug is no one on the chat to help. Especially since they advertize 24/7 365 help

IT IS A BIG SCAM!!!

I am rating this IPTV service 1-star, if I could give 0-star or negative star I would.
They’re a big joke of a company, a complete scam, they’re neither interested in customers’ satisfaction nor delivering a working service. The telephone numbers on their website belongs to an medical equipment company that sells hearing aids and other medical devices for seniors.

I subscribed for a 1-year service [Order #1385] (December 26, 2023). My experience felt more like I was scammed into paying for the service. First of all the customer service takes forever to respond, I didn’t get the first login details till more than 24 hours after the purchase and after writing several emails. I should have sensed foul play at this point.

When I finally got the login details, they won’t work. I contacted the customer care but they insisted that the login details I had were working. I took screen shots of the error messages I got and sent it to them but they didn’t do anything about it.

I was given another set of login details (clearly indicating that the first set aren’t working), and it was exactly the same thing. I contacted the customer care again and respectfully requested a refund. I got a reply insisting that the new login details I was sent were okay and also accusing me of using the service!!! Despite the fact that I sent another set of pictures with the new login details and the error messages I got, they responded by saying:
‘…that I should not request for a refund because “they are trying to keep their company clean”…’

I felt so disrespected, embarrassed and completely taken advantage-of!! As I write today January 01, 2024 Typhoon Labs is yet to issue me a refund and the contact center has gone completely quiet on me!!

To any prospective customers reading this review, I will strongly advise not to part with your hard-earned money to this company. They will not deliver any IPTV service, their customer care only responds to emails after 2 days and they will surely not refund your money.

THEY ARE A BIG SCAM!!!

It was great while it lasted, I prepaid till November, upset that I'm not getting a refund for unused months. I email them and no one got back to me.

Hello I read some of the reviews and other alternatives such as Apollo group, TV, and Lemu but they only except bitcoin. Does anyone else have any other alternatives please and thank you.

Used to be great. Customer service solved all my issues. Now it's dead in the water and I can't get a hold of anyone for help. Do not purchase !

It was a cheap and good service while it lasted. I could not pull up their web site and was not able to contact them. I assumed they were shut down. This was about a month ago. Now I went back today and was able to pull up their site like normal, but unable to contact them via chat, phone or email. I even went so far as to see if they would take a new subscription. I was taken to their billing page and it appears that you can subscribe but I did not try bc I was unable to contact anyone. I see conflicting info concerning why they are not in business any longer. If this is temporary, then I will stay with monthly service with IPTVsmarters which is costing me $15 a month, but I will check out some of the other services out there that have been mentioned. I do not recommend IPTVsmarters.

Does anyone need another reliable service?

The support with these guys was top notch. Any issue I ever had was resolved in seconds. In nearly a year of service I experienced two days of down time. When you purchase these iptv services you have to be aware they can go down at any time. Complaining about refunds only brings more negative attention to these providers that save us thousands of $'s in the long run. Find a new provider and move on. Best of luck in your search for a new provider.
