My usual tyre supplier couldn't get these tyres for me and this was one of the few places I could find them at a good price. They arrived before estimated delivery time and were what I ordered. What more could you want.

Ordered my tyres over a week ago and still not received them or had any communication as to when they will arrive also unable to log into my account with them and their website will not let me contact them either, they state on their website fast delivery and good communication but my experience to date has been anything but, please avoid buying from these guys if you want your items within a couple of weeks
i am going to have to cancel my order through my credit card company as I cannot contact Tyres Outlet at all

Only company that could supply the tyres I wanted. Easy ordering online. Plenty of communication/updates. Excellent price and delivered on time. Would recommend and will definitely use the company again.

I orderd a wheel hub on the 19th July and received it on the 24th July (DPD delivery). The wheel hub was easy to order and reasonably priced. So very satisfied with the service.

The Ordering Process was clear and I received notifications on the status, issues with dpd who failed to deliver to work address so had to arrange redelivery. Tyres came from Germany but delivery was quick.

One criticism is lack of contact methods for tyres direct and dpd

Price was unbeatable so I'm still giving a good.

Very straightforward transaction to purchase 4 new alloy wheels with tyres fitted for my car. Everything as described and of good quality. Correctly matching wheels and tyres for my car including wheel nuts and spigot rings required for fitting. Wheels were balanced correctly with weights and ready to fit. Only criticism is after initial purchase and order confirmation I didn't get an expected dispatch date. But once dispatched (in only a few days) I got excellent communication from that point and overall the wheels arrived very quickly in perfect condition.

Hi, i have read the negative feedback for tyre outlet, you can’t please all of the people all of the time, I would recommend these guys without fear, its easy to order with wide choices and my tyres delivered (all inc price) to my door in 3 days, eg I ordered Saturday afternoon runflat cut on a pothole!.. my 2 front tyres arrived Wednesday morning and were on the car that afternoon, i have had absolutely no problem, its simple, choose tyre size, the make you require,( it also says if its IN STOCK) click pay!!.. all done relax and sit back, I got an email straight away and updates from tracking from DPD, I booked into national tyres for fitment in advance £30 inc vat for fitting balanced and new valves, drive away happy knowing the money i have saved, with top quality BMW star rated OE bridgestone tyres, dont waste time these are the cheapest i have found online, certainly well less than kwik fit etc etc, the guy at national tyres asked me where i got the tyres, and said he couldn’t supply that cheap!.. this process was exactly the same 3 months ago when i got a nail in a rear puncture, I can only tell you my positive feedback 5star service and price, and why I returned for my front tyres 2/12/19, no hesitation, just do it.. good luck

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered wheels with winter tyres on 2-5 days delivery mid November with the intention of fitting before the weather dropped. Over 3 weeks on with no updates, still no one at the company is able to give a date or a reason for the lack of delivery. Upon cancelling no apology or effort to explain the order issues.

good price, prompt service, have used before, will use again

After searching the net for 2 new tyres I came across this dealer. These were the best price I could find. Very easy to order and pay for on their website and the tyres arrived over a week later which was not a problem for me. I did start to wonder if I was caught out on a scam as I didn’t hear back from the company for a while, then a few days later after placing the order I received a confirmation email stating a delivery date and time. Then got several text messages informing of the delivery tracking. All in all very pleased with the service and price.

The tyre was exactly the one I wanted!
I have been able to find it very easily on the website and the filter is really hepful for that.
The delivery was fast and well tracked.

Phoned to confirm that I was ordering the correct set of wheels for my Ford Kuga, Very efficient lady confirmed. Arrived within 4 days of placing the order. Price included PP. Well recommended. First class company.

This is my first time using this company delivery was 4days so if urgent take into account of time to get them but I've had them fitted and all is good I will use this company again.

It is my first experience with this company, the tyres were delivered to my designated garage (vospers, truro) by the time stated, and i had them fitted a few days later,having had a good service from both, i will use them again when needed.
