Easy no fuss way to get new tyres, took a little bit longer than I thought, but this was not a problem for me

Best prices in the market, quick delivery, used them more than once, happy with the services rendered. Will recommend them

I've had two lots of tyres delivered from Tyre Outlet to a local fitter. A set of Goodyear Gen2 All Seasons for a Hyundai Accent and a set of Falken Sincera Sn832 for a Wolseley 18/85 II. Both turned up quickly and in good condition. Both at extremely good prices (although T-O aren't the cheapest by a matter of pence) and it's worth a few pence more to deal with a good company.
The Wolseley is a hard car to get tyres for because it's an unusual size (14“, 80 sidewall on a 4J wheel) but I managed to get a set for a good price in the right size. A period tyre would have been 3x the price incl fitting & it's transformed the car.
Would use again should I need to.

I ordered a pair of tyres a week ago. I emailed the company asking for a delivery date, the reply i recieved back left me no further on - and still no tyres, seemingly its the manufacturers fault due to it being high season.

Not impressed and will be canceling my order anyday now if the tyres don't arrive. I didnt order the tures so that I could admire their roundness and tread pattern - i ordered them because i knew i needed a new tyre and decided to replace the pair.

So if you actually want tyres - dont use this company. BUT if you simply want to experience their ordering system go for it.

after more communications with this company i am on the verge of reporting them.

i have recieved emails from them saying that they dont have the tyres in stock. I pointed out to them that they are still listing them as available on their website though.

their response was that we do have some but are having trouble getting them out of the warehouse - so would i accept a discount on the tyres. since i want the tyres i accepted that offer.

today they are now saying that they dont actually have any of the tyres (but are still advertising them).

something is very wrong with this company.

today i recieved an email from the company telling me that they couldnt actually supply the tyres. I went on their website just before editing this and they are still showing limited stock - but not saying 'out of stock'

in the ordering process they collect (obviously) names address, email adress and more worryingly bank or card details.

they confirm your order - but then wait for you to question why it hasnt been dispatched yet, which incidently i only did after being unable to "track the order" - which is another claim they make - falsely.

Avoid these shysters like the plaque, there is something very wrong with either the company or its business model.

I acknowledge that1 star indicates rude conduct - my view is that they have been taking the proverbial during this process.

I thought I had ended with this company (see above)
the following morning, the day after they confirmed that they could not supply the tyres because they didnt have them, i got two emails from them - one saying that they in fact did have the the tyres and had taken the cost from my card, nd one saying that they did have the tyres and had dispatched them.
I informed them that I had cancelled the order when they said they didnt have the tyres the night before. the emailing saying that they had dispatched the tyres was sent at 1.00 o'clock in the morning.

their advice was 'dont sign for them'

today a parcel delivery firm arrived with two tyres, i refused to sign for them, the driver wasn't very happy (i cant blame him really) and he took the tyres away.

I also got an email from this company reminding me that i hadnt responded to their suggestion of an alternative - even though i had pointed out to them they hadnt suggested an alternative.

so to recap.

it has cost me £15 more for the pair from another online retailer (named after a river) .

If tyres outlet hadnt messed around and generally exhibited that they havent got a clue what stock they have, or what they are doing, i would now have two new tyres. by weekend i will have two new tyres, cost me £15 more - but one simple order.
