Ubergames.co.uk レビュー

Great and very useful

Placed an order for the carom board and the bag for my kids B'day, unfortunately their delivery partner first delivered package in the pathway of another house and they have acknowledged it by putting the pic of it as the delivery evidence. When I checked the item it was only the bag and no carom board. This was an express delivery, I called their phone line it went unanswered. Sent them an email, no response.

They first charge for the express delivery and then send only the bag, what am I suppose to with it?

Really disappointed!!

My Crokinole board was delivered at lightening speed and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Ubergames.

The croquet mallet that we purchased was of very poor quality. The undercut ends were not square to the main head. It was totally unbalanced. The
brass around the head was of such poor quality not finished correctly or attached correctly.
Hope you find this review helpful. So other people can receive a croquet that is useable.

Brilliant service, trusted in my mistake on
Returning and I re- ordered the correct parcel.
Everything was spot on with Ubergames
Thanks

Bought carrom board online, the order came before the advertised delivery date. Safely packed and delivered.

Excellent quality product delivered earlier than expected

Worst customer service with Ellen.

Three years ago, I purchased a set of chess pieces from this company, but I couldn’t use them because the matching board was out of stock for a very long time. I just ordered the board as I noticed it was finally available.

Before using my chess set for the first time, I checked all the pieces and discovered that the white king is missing the small decorative top that the black king has. It’s a tiny removable part, and I simply asked if they could include the missing piece with my new order.

They refused because my original purchase was over three years ago.

The only reason the order is that old is because they didn’t have the board available for a long time, meaning I was never actually able to use the set. I wasn’t asking them to replace the entire piece, just to send the small missing top. Even if I had a pay a small fee for it.

I had planned to buy more items from their website, but their unwillingness to help over something so minor has completely changed my mind. Their customer service has been incredibly disappointing.

I’ll be returning the board for a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

Very helpful customer service

I recently ordered a croquet set from Uber Games during a period when they were undertaking a major warehouse relocation. While there was a slight delay in dispatch due to the move, the communication from Kate in customer service was absolutely top-tier from start to finish.

She kept me informed at every stage, was immensely helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my order was sorted out. When the set arrived, the quality of the craftsmanship, mallets, and hoops completely exceeded expectations.

It is rare to find a company that handles logistics challenges with such transparency and genuine care for the customer. I couldn't be happier with the equipment or the service provided. Highly recommended!

The game is great but the packaging was not good. End of box ripped off and hole in cardboard to the top of the box. I checked it out with the courier and decided contents were not damaged.
The courier was extremely helpful.

Quick delivery, nice game but smaller than I was expecting considering the price!

Order placed a week ago (5th July). Shop app shows should have been delivered Wednesday (8th July) no updates given. No response to emails, telephone number not answered says leave a message but the vmail box is full. Impossible company to contact. Very disappointed.

First delivery never came, second delivery was days late, product was damaged on arrival

The Rounders set is of good quality and contains everything needed for quick set up and play. We used it as soon as it arrived as we were due to participate in a community game; having the set enabled us to infill the pieces missing from their set (such as the ball and disks for bowler and batter).

Order was easy to place on line and the parcel arrived the following day as per our order confirmation.

We absolutely love Ubergams! Original and high quality items. Often copied but not comparable in terms of style and longevity. Sweet ft delivery too.

Ordered large croquet mallet bag. Item was spot on - good quality! and much cheaper than others on the market. Realise a niche market but much appreciated

reasonable priced product delivered promptly

The website is amazing, delivery is very quick, I would highly recommend Uber Games.
