I own 3 UBR jackets (Regulator Parka; EX-7; Commandor) as well as a vest (Sonic) and have been super impressed with the brand in terms of looks, features and quality - hence why I keep going back to them for further additions to my wardrobe:) The jackets have the quality and protection of essentially âhard shellâ outdoors clothing that keep you dry and warm but they have the look and feel of smart, modern business attire. Thatâs a win in my book!
En trykknapp på hetta ble Þdelagt og det viste seg umulig å fikse. De har ikke trykknapper på lager som kan sendes så skredder kan reparere. De kan heller ikke sende ny hette. Elendig kundebehandling. Det er et kinaprodukt uten reservedeler tilgjengelig. De bryr seg ikke etter produktet er betalt. Styr unna!
I have been trying to return the jacket for several months and have repeatedly been unable to do so due to incorrect or unclear instructions. I sent the parcel to the address provided, but it was returned to me. In addition, the store I was instructed to send it to does not appear to exist.
As a result, I am currently unable to exercise my right of return. This situation is highly concerning. I am confident this is not your intention, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and transparently.
Edit: I wrote the managing director and the problem was generously resolved. I wanted to offer transparent report. It was very stressful, since I didn't get the help I needed for several months, but in the end after many attempts I did get help, which I appreciate and want to make a note of it.
The jacket is comfortable and itâs light but very expensive and crap quality.
Bought a ubr bolt for 850â¬, after less then a year it tear up with just regular use from and to work, I have never had a jacket that was scratch before and now I have 2 scratch on this one.
Quality is crap and the support for this is terrible, no help to fix it even though I havenât scratch it.

3 år efter er jakken gennemhullet og er nÊrmest ubrugelig.
Kundeservice henviser til butik og skrÊdder hvilket ikke rigtig hjÊlper noget da materialet ikke kan reparere de steder det er Þdelagt.
I purchased a Regulator Savile parka from UBR about a year ago, and while the fit, lightness, and comfort were impressive, the overall quality has been deeply disappointingâespecially for a product that costs around â¬1,100.
The outer fabric is extremely fragile, showing clear signs of wear and abrasion after just a few months of normal urban use (commuting to the office, no outdoor activities). A tear even appeared on one of the sleeves, and the zippers on the pockets deteriorated quickly.
However, whatâs even more frustrating than the poor durability is the complete lack of response from UBRâs customer service. I have contacted them multiple times, but they have ignored every single message. For a so-called premium brand, this is unacceptable.
If youâre considering purchasing from UBR, beware: while their designs may be appealing, their materials are not built to last, and if you run into any issues, donât expect any support from their customer service.
I will also be bringing my complaint to the department store in Germany where I purchased the parka, as they should be aware of these issues.
UBR needs to do betterâboth in terms of product durability and customer service.
KjÞpte UBR lang damekåpe i TÞnsberg. Etter noe bruk så er glidelås defekt! Leverte jakken til butikken NEOZ TÞnsberg 11.12.24 og fikk beskjed om at UBR sender ny glidelås, og at dette blir fikset raskt. Vel, ennå ikke reparert pr 11.1.25 og bare en rekke bortforklaringer om at UBR har sendt, men ikke mottatt. Butikken ringer ikke tilbake og har lovt det flere ganger.
Ikke imponeret over kvaliteten til den pris.

Begge jakker har fået rynker ved lynlåsene grundet elastisk stof.
Begge jakke har fået små pletter ved brystet- som ikke kan vaskes af.
Den ene jakke havde to magneter til en flap til at skjule lynlåsen - men det virkede ikke super og flappen stod åben hele tiden.

I ordered a jacket which is clearly and without any doubt of a whitish color on their home page. The jacket I received is of a brownish muddy tone, definitely of a different color. So I send it back, as I was told after contacting their customer service. UBR made me pay for the shipping back (almost 20 Euro to Sweden) although the mistake was on their side.
