I used to order quite regularly but ways got poor produce or meat so I stopped. Tried the service again and three weeks in a row I received delivery after 8pm, poor produce and this third week the incorrect meals. I am stopping again and customer service was terrible.
I ordered UCOOK meals kits weekly subscription for my mum in South Africa recently . . . I live in the UK and the set up and customer service is second to none . . . the meal choices are so delicious, its hard to choose . . . my mum says that the packaging makes it so easy (and you also recycle the delivery box with UCOOK) and that the ingredients are fresh and high quality and that they are quick to make, with excellent instructions and are FUN to prepare . . . her and her hubby are really enjoying the yummy meals every week . . . and I am grateful that as they are in their 70s that they are eating healthy balanced meals . . . and the freebies they have received are a lovely touch, like this week they got a very yummy brownie each for Valentines Day, a lovely touch . . . We are very impressed . . . thank you UCOOK
UCook has changed our food experience. Absolutely solves the pain point of eating the same meals week after week, food wastage, tiresome grocery shopping and conjuring up tasty and healthy food. Thoroughly impressed and will continue using UCook for the foreseeable future.
Ucook - after 4 years I am cancelling my membership and subscription with you, and advising my friends in Cape Town to do the same - this is due to the fact that even the head of your customer services Gerswin Rademeyer cannot honour a promise made on Friday that he will ensure that 2 pizzas are added to my box today after a serious error on your side last week, going against the SA consumer act. I am also just really tired of listening to excuses of 'we don't have driver's' and 'our humble apologies'. This was the last straw. It was good, and I will miss it, but I cannot work with a company that makes empty promises and mess up my dinner plans after they made serious IT and PR errors.
