I,m not a customer who puts the price first . Its about service and being able to speak top someone I can relate to who I can contact directly who in the future will handle any issues promptly and efficiently.
Brad will be my personal account manager going forward and If our future business is as smooth as my transfer then I will be a very happy customer indeed !
Highly recommended. I would ask to speak with him directly when you call.

Excellent service
I have found the consultant Bhavesh very helpful, friendly and efficient. I have gone through him for my electricity and gas for the past 5 year. He always finds me the best deals

Do not even speak to this company. Scam
This company made an unsolicited call to offer their services for a quote for our business electricity contract. They were just told to email a quote. Instead they illegally wrote a 3 year contract in our name. They are fraudulent scam artists and we are reporting them to the energy ombudsman.

Efficient, thorough and friendly advice in short time scale
I was about to go into hospital for a scheduled operation and the UCR consultant was extremely helpful. He made everything as user friendly and informative as possible, so that I could complete it in as short a time as possible. This gave me peace of mind, not to have to do it while recovering.
