Very busy day but it was so well organised. Lovely staff and drivers, and the cars just wow.
The talent of the drivers is outstanding. The only thing to think about would be to cover the waiting area so people are not sat in the blazing sun, temps were in the 30's that day.

This was bought for my son as a gift. He absolutely LOVED it!!!!
He only had the pleasure of driving one car, but I know he would love to go again and drive more! The accompanying adult was great too and helped him feel confident for his first time behind the wheel.
He also got to enjoy the atom ride reaching super high speeds.
From entering the place to leaving, it was an all round great day and we'd happily return.
The only thing I could say needs improvement is the clarity of the tannoy system used to call out the driver for their slot. This wasn't the clearest and could be hard to hear, especially with the cars whizzing up and down the track in the background.
Save Your Money: Unsafe, Unwelcoming and Relentlessly Money-Driven
Without question, this was the most disappointing experience I have ever paid for. Save your money and go and go to trackdays.co.uk or driftlimits.co.uk instead!
My partner bought me a driving experience for my birthday, expecting an exciting day out. What we got instead was a chaotic, disorganised and relentlessly money-driven operation that seemed far more interested in extracting additional payments than delivering the experience people had already paid for.
The voucher is merely the starting point. Once booked, you're met with a constant stream of extra charges. I selected a McLaren, which cost an additional £40 on top of the voucher price. That was just the beginning.
We arrived at 9:30am as instructed and were checked in by a member of staff who, despite being mistaken herself, chose to loudly and publicly belittle my girlfriend in front of other customers. An embarrassing and unnecessary start to the day.
The next stop was another tent where we were required to hand over a further £38 "damage deposit" and subjected to yet more upselling. At every stage there seemed to be another opportunity for them to ask for more money.
By 9:45am we were fully checked in and ready to go. The booking system suggested I would be driving the McLaren within 20 minutes and my second car within 40 minutes.
By midday, I hadn't driven a single car.
For over two hours the system continued to tell me I was "20 minutes away" from driving. The estimates appeared completely meaningless â a masterclass in over-promising and under-delivering.
Eventually my name was called and I was directed to a waiting area consisting of camping chairs beside the track. After yet more waiting, I asked what was happening and was casually informed that the McLaren was in the mechanics.
Nobody told me.
Nobody offered an alternative.
Nobody apologised.
Instead, they simply left me sitting there indefinitely while a queue built up behind me for the same car.
When the McLaren finally became available, I was struck by how poor its condition was. The interior was filthy, with heavily stained cream seats that looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in months. It was a far cry from the "premium" supercar experience being advertised.
The instructor did little to improve matters. Having never driven a car like this before, some guidance and encouragement would have been appreciated. Instead, I was repeatedly snapped at and spoken to in a manner that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The most astonishing moment came during the only brief opportunity I had to accelerate properly. While travelling at speed, the instructor leaned over and attempted to sell me an additional lap for £20.
At that moment, making a sale appeared to be a higher priority than allowing me to concentrate on driving safely.
When I declined, his attitude deteriorated further. As I manoeuvred the car back into an area occupied by pedestrians, other drivers and children, he continued making dismissive comments about my driving while telling me I should have paid for a "sightseeing lap".
By that stage, I genuinely no longer wanted to continue with the day.
However, having travelled all the way from London, I waited for my second driving experience. By 1pm, the system was still claiming I was only 20 minutes away from driving, despite the second car also apparently being in the mechanics.
After waiting over three and a half hours for what amounted to only a few minutes behind the wheel, we finally gave up and left.
Perhaps most concerning of all were the apparent safety standards. Children were driving high-performance vehicles while sitting on makeshift sofa cushions to reach the pedals. No crash helmets were provided. Members of the public wandered through areas where vehicles were actively moving, while inexperienced drivers attempted to park powerful cars in close proximity to pedestrians and other supercars. Meanwhile, instructors appeared more focused on upselling additional laps than maintaining focus on safety.
It felt chaotic, poorly managed and unnecessarily risky.
We subsequently raised our concerns directly with UDrive and Car Chase Heroes. Their response was effectively indifference. Rather than addressing the issues raised, they appeared entirely unconcerned and even welcomed negative reviews.
What should have been a memorable birthday experience became an expensive lesson in disappointment. We spent over three and a half hours waiting for a few minutes of driving and left feeling frustrated, disappointed and thoroughly ripped off.
If you're considering a driving experience, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
A great experience at Tockwith with CarâŠ
A great experience at Tockwith with Car Chase Heroes. We purchased a voucher with In to the blue for our 8 year old Granddaughter to travel as a passenger. Very helpful from all parties involved and she had a great day.
Ariel Atom Tution
I recently attended the Ariel Atom experience at Tockwith Motorsport Circuit.
While I enjoyed the day overall, I was initially disappointed that the gear-changing element of the experience was not available as I had expected when booking. After raising my concerns with the company, they responded promptly, provided a detailed explanation, and explained that the experience had since been removed from sale due to safety concerns and customer feedback.
What impressed me most was how professionally my complaint was handled. Rather than dismissing my concerns, they acknowledged the issue and offered a complimentary Triple Supercar Driving Experience as a gesture of goodwill.
The staff on the day were friendly and professional, and the instructor was accommodating. Although the experience itself did not fully meet my expectations, the company's customer service afterwards was excellent and demonstrated that they genuinely value customer feedback and satisfaction.
Thank you to the team for taking my concerns seriously and resolving the matter in a positive and fair manner.

The instructors were excellent and gave enough pointer to ensure that you got the maximum out of your time in the cars. The cars were fantastic and I would recommend the car Lamborghini Hurricane it is terrifically fast yet easy to drive and sound the best when in sports mode, truly thrilling. Fantastic day out.
Worst car experience day I've had
I have been to many car experience days and unfortunately this one was by far the worst. It was at Curborough Spring circuit, which is great venue for sprints but totally unsuitable for the vehicles in use here.
I did a "supercar" v "vintage" 4 lap experience. Paid the additional amount due to being a weekend (pretty standard).
Arrived on the day in plenty of time (around 2pm), booking stated arrive for 2.30pm. Got signed in to then be forced to pay the damage waiver (or show actual screen proof of having a spare 5 grand available to cover "damages"), so that was £35 on top straight away.
Got offered a load of add ons (practice laps, passenger laps etc), all around £10 per lap (of a 30second circuit).
At this point everyone then headed down to a large tent at the side of the track, with probably 100 people just hanging around in a crowd. (Luckily it wasn't raining)
That was around 2.30pm.
You then stand in this completely unorganised crowd trying to listen to names being shouted on a PA, roll forward to 4.15pm (my slot was 3-5pm), no sign of my name, just the same names over and over again who clearly have had enough and left or are elsewhere, meanwhile one of the cars I was booked to drive had been sat unmoved for well over an hour.
At this point I had also had enough so had to go and speak to the guy calling the names who then (wrongly really) just got me moved forward and next in line.
Drove the first car which was great for the 4 laps you get (car was a little tired and unloved but it's having multiple people in and out everyday), don't expect you can just drive to your ability however as the person sitting with you is straight on the brakes far ahead of where I would be braking (most of the staff are young part time staff just working around Uni hours, my passenger actually told me that)
Onto the final car (Aerial Atom), again, very tired, seat could not be adjusted so you have to have a cushion behind your back if you're not 6ft +, you also have to drive with your right shoe off, which straight away is an awkward feeling.
You're then told to enter the track, get into 5th gear as quickly as possibly and leave it, so you do the entire 4laps in 5th gear "because it will catch you out".
The instructor is again straight on the brakes half way down the small straight (and to let the paid passenger laps/cars pass you)
Overall, disappointing. The "instructors" should at least tailor some of the restrictions to the drivers ability, being forced to sit in 5th gear in a NA engined car on a track with 20/30mph corners is just OTT.
Organisation of the whole event was very poor, too many people, the track is too small for the experience on offer. Why not have dedicated queues/areas for specific cars, seems very simple ?
Also anyone on paid for passenger laps quite clearly get priority, or anyone booking additionals on the day, they were actually advertising that they had additional cars/laps for you to buy in the crowd of 100 people some of which had easily stood in the same spot for 2hours waiting for their pre booked laps, which seems a little back to front.
Would not book again/recommend, there are far better experience days out there.
Also found it quite surprising that kids are allowed to drive some as young as 10, whilst sitting on multiple cushions so they can see over the steering wheel!?

Wasn't very impressed at all, booked in and then waited 1hr 20mins to drive the lamboirghini gallardo (yellow). The car was tired looking, wing mirror yelled on with yellow tape, smell of oil from the engine, the track was very small and wasn't able to get the full driving experience as was told by the instructor to brake and slow down due to cars passing by with children driving them, which I think they sshould e on another track, also felt pressured to purchase the waiver which was not needed as the cars do not get up to speed to many cars on the small track.
Shocked to see children driver on cushions to raise the seating position (surely this us a health and safety issue)
Will not recommend this venue.

Really once in a lifetime opportunity. Event well organised and thought out and the instructors were amazing.
Pricy but you get what you pay for and there were discounts available.
My only gripe was the lady behind the photo booth was a little pushy about reviewing and naming her in the review.

Administered and operated by Blendini Motorsport of Llandow Wales (on the day of the event all the staff were proudly wearing Blendini Motorsport corporate clothing) and promoted as Car Chase Hero's as a memorable Race track experience, which was memorable for all the wrong reasons!
No customer care, no hospitality no catering nowhere dry or comfortable to sit, disgusting wc cloakroon facilities which should embarrass Castle Combe Circuit management, if there are any?
Had three cars booked and paid for in advance and then sold an additional three cars including a Mclaren which mysteriously was not available due to breaking down, was there a Mclaren actually there I think not as there wasn't a Mclaren in sight anywhere.
Had to wait for over an hour and a half standing in a cold wet drafty garage with 50 - 60 other customers all waiting to be called forward to wait a further 15 minutes, all this to drive just one car for just two laps!
With the waiting time alone, I would have waited standing for over 6-7 hours with no catering or cloakroom facilities and no where to sit in the dry, to drive the 6 cars I had been persuaded to buy and told I would definitely drive.
This turned out to be truly miserable experience, so disappointed in fact close to tears.
The staff are clearly under instructions to promise and say anything to shut any unhappy customer up.
Just awful awful awful an absolute disgrace and a shambles. Nothing more than a money making machine
Carchaseheroes response just a "shrug of the shoulders" it is what it is -tough!
Tip never pre pay for any extras do it on the day for a third of the price and also you will know on the day if any cars have broken down so they cannot offer you a cheaper replacement. You will be treated quicker to the track and overall much better than the conned people who have booked overpriced extras.by emails from udrive or carchaseheroes.
