Hello There,

Thank you for leaving your feedback and a 3 star review. I am glad to hear of the good parts to your experience day as well as hearing about the not so good bits that we can work on. The E-Type Jaguar did unfortunately suffer a major mechanical failure and was not safe to continue the event day.
Yes, the circuit does have to stop at midday for the circuit marshalls to have lunch and check the venue. This is mandatory at every UK Racing Circuit. When booking, we do mention in the terms and conditions to expect 2-3 hours being with us. The timing you selected would have been 11:00-13:00.

We run at all MSV racing circuits such as Donington Park, Snetterton and Oulton Park as well as Brands Hatch. Truly an amazing experience.

Hello There,

Thank you for leaving feedback in regards to a recent event day with ourselves and I am extremely sorry to hear that your day did not go as planned. The Nissan GTR did unfortunately suffer a major mechanical failure - these things happen and can be beyond the control of our on site events team. Our mechanics on the event will do everything they can to ensure the vehicle is back up and running but sometimes, they can be beaten. I am shocked to hear regarding the Porsche experience as we have had amazing feedback from this event in regards to the Porsche and this car is always fully booked with a near 3 month waiting period to drive it.
The cafe area is located near the car park and not the main event, however is clearly sign posted when arriving into the car park and when walking towards the event area.

The Tockwith Motorsport Circuit signage has recently begun being renovated which is why when entering the parking area, you may have noticed the new signage directing you to the sign on awning etc. However, we do realise after the event that our Truck and Bus experience signage was not out to be seen, an error on our part. Hey There,

Thank you for your feedback and 3 star review. It is a shame to hear you feel it is a rip off. We do not count the experience as laps but we do in mileage. We offer 3, 6 and 9 mile experiences. As well we have a photographer on circuit capturing those precious memories as well as in car video recording of the entire experience from start to finish.
