IT TOOK 15 DAYS TO BE DELIVERED. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE I ORDERED . A MED SIZED , BEAUTIFULLY EMBROIDERED LINEN BLOUSE IS WHAT I ORDERED , I RECIEVED A PRINTED POLYESTER DRESS/TUNIC , IN LARGE ,POORLY MADE ! RIPPED OFF FOR $40 ! TOTAL SCAM !

I ordered three hoodies from UFLASHION (around €100 total), and what I received was completely different from what was shown on their website.

In the photos on their site, the hoodies look high-quality, made of textured fabric with real embroidery and 3D details. But what I got were cheap, flat prints , basically a printed picture of the advertised hoodie on thin, low-quality fabric. Nothing about them matches the photos.

The order also arrived over two weeks late, and there was no proper communication or compensation.

This is false advertising and consumer deception. The company sold fake, low-value items that are worth maybe €15 in total, not €100.

I have attached comparison photos showing how the products were presented (left side) versus what I actually received (right side). The difference is obvious — these are not the same items at all.

I’ve contacted them for a full refund according to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, which clearly states that products must correspond to their description and presentation.
If I don’t receive a refund, I’ll report this case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and share my experience so others won’t get scammed like I did.

Avoid UFLASHION — misleading pictures, fake quality, and zero accountability.

Absolutely the worst false advertisement ever. Please people keep your money in you pocket. They are using AI for their so called clothes that are just absolutely crap and shapeless. Gutted I spent my hard earned money being excited about the dress I ordered . Would do no star

Leider habe ich dieses Portal und die hier mehr als deutlichen Warnungen zu spät entdeckt. Wie bei den anderen Bewertungen auch sehen meine bestellen Produkte nicht aus wie auf der Internetseite angegeben. Die angebliche Rücksendung wird seit Wochen „bearbeitet“. Ich erhalte gefühlt auf jede Mail die selbe Antwort und werde mit niedrigen Rabatten vertröstet.

I would like to give ZERO stars.
I did not receive the "embroidered" tops as seen and described on their site, so I asked for a full refund. Instead I was offered a coupon which I refused as I don't want any more of their expensive rubbish.
I have been sending emails but realize all they do is make excuses and fob customers off until 130 days have passed - at which point your bank cannot help you get your money back and the company stops bothering to respond at all.
SCAMMERS!

Looks nothing like pictures. One for me , one for hubby. Warm and cosy, don't make me laugh. Thin horrible sweatshirt material. Absolute waste of money. Thought due to price, would be good quality. Rubbish with a capital R

Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered a dress that was advertised as having embroidered and crocheted flowers with a detailed skeleton torso design. The pictures clearly showed textured, handmade embellishments and a higher-quality fabric that justified the price point.

What I received was nothing like what was promised. Instead of embroidery and crochet, the skeleton and roses were simply printed on the fabric, giving it a cheap, flat look. The material itself wasn’t even close to what was advertised—it was supposed to be wool, yet what arrived felt like a thin, synthetic substitute.

For this, I was charged $57 plus tax—an outrageous price for something so misleading. This was blatant false advertising, and it feels like a scam. I expected craftsmanship and quality but instead received a poor imitation of the product shown online.

Update: I managed to get my refund back via pal after submitting a dispute. Yet there has been no word from Uflashion regard returning the item.

Brought and paid for 2 woolen men's cardigans and was sent printed polyester cheap Chinese tat not worth more than a few quid! They were very responsive before the tat arrived but have ignored several emails I've sent them requesting to return and refund my money! HUGE SCAM!!!!!

T-shirts looked like cotton on the pictures, the ones I got had no tags or instructions, and they were made from some cheap nylon, ridiculously overpriced ;(

I sure wish I had looked them up on Trustpilot BEFORE I paid . . . .

Absolutely disgusted. What a load of tat. The clothing is not as described. Total con website. Do not order from here. I received my order (what a load of rubbish)they took payment very quickly however when I have tried to return the clothes for a refund I don’t seem to be able to get a response!!! As there is only 14 days to return the goods for a refund I have run out of time. Clothes are binned and I’m £50 out of pocket. False advertising should not be allowed. Someone should shut this company down.

Disgusting - they put pictures of real sweaters and real jean jackets and then send a cheap printed knock off 😒- when you take a picture of the item it looks like a real jacket but in person you can see that is not ! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ! TERRIBLE !!!

Caution: Scammers - Returns are prevented

I ordered shirts that were originally advertised as linen shirts. During the ordering process, this was corrected to linen blend fabric. The linen content is not noticeable. The shirts are basically made of plastic and are of incredibly poor quality. I have been trying to return the goods for 6 weeks (!!!). There is no return form, so you have to deal with Uflashion by email. You are put off and fobbed off the whole time. After 6 weeks and many emails, I still have not been given any information about how to return the goods. I still do not have an address to send the goods to and no details about the return. Of course, I have not got my money back either. The return is being deliberately obstructed and made as difficult as possible. They are speculating that the customer will give up in exasperation.

I ordered two pieces of clothing and to say that this website is disgracefully false with the pictures and descriptions of their products is an understatement. I ordered what I thought was a woollen hoodie with embroidered design and a pair of pants supposed cotton/linen mix again with embroidered design and what I got was the cheapest dirt fabric with abysmal quality. I am now in the process of trying to return them and get a refund. When I tried to get the details of doing this I actually got a headache trying to figure it out which is a deliberate move on their part to scam people out of getting their money back. This company is fraudulent.

Unbelievable on the website it says linen and I resive polyester and a bad and heavy polyester, be careful this site is a scam.

Meiner Meinung nach nur Betrug am Kunden! Habe zwei Hosen bestellt die nicht annähernd so aussahen wie auf den Bildern u wollte direkt eine Retoure einläuten. Laut Webseite von Uflashion sollte dies auch möglich sein. Entspricht nicht der Wahrheit, man bot mir nach permanenter Nachfrage einen Gutschein an. Den wollte ich nicht. Seitdem schreibe ich gefühlt mit einer KI hin und her die mich immer wieder wissen lässt sich um "meinen Vorgang" kümmern zu wollen. Blödsinn.
Ich ärgere mich über mich selbst u kann Uflashion nicht im Ansatz empfehlen.

I ordered 3 items and not one of them looks like the items pictured, cheap thin fabric thats a pale version what they show you, and the sizes run small.

Die geschickte Ware entsprach in keiner Weise den Abbildungen auf der Website, und die Stoffe waren von miserabler Qualität. Das ist vorsätzliche Täuschung und Betrug der Kunden! Eine Adresse des Herstellers HANGZHOUWAN5HY in China, No. 108 Changda Road, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, ist schwierig zu finden, Geldrückforderungen müssen mit komplizierten Formularen über ALIBABA gestellt werden! Vorsicht, besser nichts bestellen!

If I could give this no stars I would. Jacket was nothing like the picture and the colours were awful! Not only that I ordered large and this was so small it would maybe fit a ten year old! DO NOT order anything from this company in China. It’s a total scam 🤬
