The dress I ordered was nothing like the product picture. Cheap fabric, cheap print. Totally NOT worth the money I paid. Only thing that was fine, was the size.

Saw this site and ordered 3 shirts from them. as I like my shirts baggy for the hot summer months, I ordered them in a 3XL size (I normally wear an XL) These shirts are so tiny, I can't get them on let alone wear them. As I was on an extended work trip, it was longer than their 14 day return allowance when I got to try them on, so I guess I'm stuck with some expensive shop rags. I will say the construction of these shirts is very good, but they are useless to me.

Its been a month since I ordered with not so much as a tracking number. They have one email for the business and they say you have to contact the correct department but give you no number or email. You are trapped.

Clothing items I ordered were different than the pictures and description. And then the earrings that I ordered had rusty ear wires.
Then they refused to do a refund.Even the same day it arrived. After weeks of back and forth, all they offered was a discount coupon for future purchases, which will never happen. So I have a bag full of essentially trash that I can't return and it cost way too much.

you could take a trash bag and make a better garment than what they sell. it's absolute garbage. claims to be 'linen', cheap, extra thin polyester. I wouldn't give a dime for it let alone the $25 they scammed me out of. the jewelry I ordered isn't what I received. again, cheap gum ball jewelry. save time, take your money and go throw it into the street because it will be just as wasted.

Zero! Bad photo of a denim garment printed on some artificial fabric. No tag or other info regarding what the fabric is made of. Certainly not a natural material. What a complete flop! I paid approximately $30 each for cotton dresses with ruffles and got the cheapest possible $5 plain shifts made out of non-breathable fabric and poorly sewn to boot!

Lo que me llegó es más bien tres fundas de almohada con agujeros para los brazos y cabeza y el diseño ( ese que era precioso) impreso con mala calidad.
Hubiera conseguido lo mismo en un rastro por 20 euros ( me deje casi 150 en las "fundas de almohada")

I have read all of the reviews here as I have also just had a similar experience with the above seller (under the name uflashion).

I spent two weeks trying to get a refund and to return the items but they kept stalling me or simply ignoring me.

Then I contacted my payment broker (in my case PayPal) and opened a dispute. You can open a dispute for many reasons INCLUDING IF YOUR ITEMS WERE NOT AS DESCRIBED!

This will take you no more than 30 minutes to fill out but is well worth it if you want your money back!

Take screenshots of all of your correspondence with the seller. This is essential and will prove that you have engaged without a reasonable response from them.

Also take a screenshot of the returns policy page.

Write out a detailed description of the problem you faced (poor quality product, item not as described etc.) and get ready to copy and paste it in for each item you are disputing.

Include all your details and fill out the form completely.

Once you submit the form it will be sent to the seller. Paypal will inform you that you have a certain amount of time to resolve this. You are under NO obligation to correspond with the seller but if you do then only do it through paypal and not through any other means.

Any time before the deadline expires you can go back in and escalate your case. This will get Paypal to review the information you have given them and any correspondence that has taken place. If they see that you have not been offered a reasonable resolution to your request then they can withdraw funds from the seller to refund you.

Det sämsta företaget att köpa av. Bara bluff. Verkar vara ett företag som ska gynna Ukraina men är kinesiskt och tar galet lång tid att få produkterna och sen är storlekarna fel, kvaliteten skräp, passformen efter en köttbulle. När man sen önskar en adress för att återsända så får man ingen. Man får rådet att sälja kläderna till en kompis istället. Argumentet är att det är kostsamt och tar lång tid att få tillbaka pengarna. VARNING för extremt oseriöst företag.

The clothing I was sent DOES NOT MATCH the products as pictured and described on the website. The fabric is some stiff and rigid poly blend instead of the light weight flowing fabric that is pictured on the website. The images are imprinted on the fabric (some imprints are very inferior with smears and poor registration), NOT embroidered as described. I feel foolish for having been suckered like this. There is NO possible way I would wear them.
To make matters worse I have spent over 2 months pursuing some kind of acceptable conclusion. I have been denied the possibility to return the items for a refund. I even offered to pay the return shipping charge. Instead they offered me a 20% coupon to forget the whole thing! Why would I want to purchase anything else from them?

If I could rate a zero. I would. Purchased 4 items for $118.
The quality was awful. The Celtic chunky knit sweater was a poor quality hoodie with a print that looks like knitting, but not anything near what I ordered. All of the 3 other items were not as depicted or described. I contacted customer service and was told my case would be worked. A week later I got another message saying they wanted photos. I took photos of each item from their ad, and what I received. I was told the case would go to the returns department and if I didn’t get any answer after 10 business days, I should get back in touch with them. 10 days came and went when I messaged with them again. They told me I could return the items to them and get a refund. I looked up a postal quote. The cost to send these back to China would be $59.02.
I told them I wanted another option besides send it back to them. They said I could get a $60 refund. I opted to just take it this had already gone on for over 2months. When I responded to their $60 refund, they told me the case was closed. They re-opened the case and offered me 20%. I was so sick of them at this point, I just said fine. From my order in December to the refund in May was ridiculous.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! PHOTOS OF MERCHANDISE ARE FALSE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

I ordered a hoody that was advertised at 100% cotton, when received it was polyester. I initiated a return and they kept saying they would look into it, they gave me the run around for months before they finally just stopped responding. Do not shop here

A fuir !! les articles ne correspondent absolument pas aux photos. Les robes en dentelles n'ont pas de dentelle mais juste une impression de je ne sais pas quoi. La chemise en lin n'est pas en lin mais un tissus bas de gamme et brillant rien a voir avec du lin. Ne perdez pas votre argent !!

I was so excited to get my 5 items, but when they arrived, they were cheap, polyester items. Bad screens on them as well. I should have checked the reviews first. Do not shop here. I didn't even return the items as they were garbage.

Item received was NOT the item pictured! What i ordered was a beautiful, embroidered, linen dress. What i got was a cheap, acrylic, printed piece of tat.
Getting a refund. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Utterly horrible quality. I say there add online, and it looked promising, didn't see a rating till after I had sent a buy to them, they refused to send a stop to the buy though I asked for them to do so within the first few hours, instead they asked for more reasons, then got the shipment out a few days afterwords.

Quality was the worst I have ever bought online. Ink on the shirts was cloudy; quality of shirts will be suitable for wiping toilet and kitchen spills. Didn't match online images at all.

They are fraudulent, DO NOT BUY from them.
