Livraison par la poste saccagée

Bonjour
Je suis trÚs en colÚre aprÚs le livreur qui a mis le colis dans ma boîte aux lettres sachant que je ne pourrais pas sortir la boîte !!! de plus est j'étais chez moi
J'ai dû casser la boîte en morceaux pour pouvoir la sortir, sauf que c'était pour un cadeau d'anniversaire, j'ai honte, je ne ferai plus de livraison par la poste c'est la deuxiÚme fois que ça m'arrive sinon les bottes jolies

ARNAQUÉ ! Ne recommande pas du tout !

AprÚs avoir fait une demande d’échange sur le site qui a été confirmé j’ai renvoyé le bas du jogging trop grand. Mon retour aurait dû être traité dans les 15j..
Aucune nouvelle depuis des mois, il faut s’énerver pour qu’on nous réponde et là on m’apprend que la taille n’est plus disponible ! Comment travaillez vous ? Les articles devraient être sortis immédiatement des stocks et renvoyés. Donc je me retrouve avec un pull et pas de bas. Grosse arnaque, à fuir !

Vous attendiez un échange et je comprends tout à fait votre déception. Les retours sont traités par ordre d’arrivée à notre entrepÃŽt et les échanges dépendent aussi de la disponibilité des articles une fois le colis reçu.

Comme l’échange que vous aviez demandé s’est malheureusement trouvé indisponible quand notre entrepÃŽt a voulu l’effectuer, un remboursement a donc été fait.

Leider sehr enttÀuschender Kundenservice

Ich habe im Oktober letzten Jahres die Ultra Minis in Schwarz bei UGG bestellt. Leider fÀrben die Schuhe extrem ab – sowohl meine Socken als auch meine Hosen werden schwarz.

Ich habe das zunÀchst beim Kundenservice gemeldet und daraufhin einige Pflegetipps erhalten, die ich auch befolgt habe. Leider hat sich selbst nach vier Monaten nichts verbessert, die Schuhe fÀrben immer noch stark ab. Als ich das erneut reklamiert habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es sich um eine Materialeigenschaft handelt und daher kein Reklamationsgrund sei. Man hat mir sogar geraten, die Schuhe noch weitere zwei Monate zu tragen und am besten dunkle Socken anzuziehen, damit man die AbfÀrbung nicht sieht.

Das finde ich ehrlich gesagt ziemlich enttÀuschend. Gerade bei diesem Preis hÀtte ich einen deutlich kundenfreundlicheren Service erwartet.

Sehr schade – ich hÀtte mir hier eine andere Lösung gewÃŒnscht.
