Absolute scammers. Now being threatened by a load of German solicitors to pay nearly £200 for outstanding fees which I’ve never been in formed about.
What ever you do please don’t even think,of using the site it needs to be shut down immediately and the owners fined for misrepresentation!
Criminals or what. Try the reputable agencies like Anything goes, or Completely Free Dating as they are honest and they work

Hi the women are real but they trick you into spending more money. I have had a lot of women acting as if hey are two different women. Never use this site its mostly computer generated with different women sending you the same long reply's to your messages. NEVER USE THIS SITE

Full of con artist, try to push you into registering with other paid services to have videochat or message with them. they are not interested in knowing you, only want you to register with other sites and pay....avoid...not worth it, the support is absolutely pointless, they are fully aware of these people and not refund your money.

Signed up for what I thought was I month. Absolutely rubbish full of bots. Total con. Next I see that another payment has been taken of my credit card. Credit card company got money back. No dispute from website. Now I’m getting emails threatening legal action and costs.
Has anyone been taken to court and what was the result?
Do not go on this site unless you want to waste time and money then be harassed by there legal people.

The site is basically inept and poorly designed. Profile pictures are hazed so you have no idea what/who you may be contacting. When receiving messages you cannot link to profiles to see their information. There are much better sites.

This site is full of bots and staff that keep you talking and eventually want more money out of you. You are unable to cancel your account but they will stay taking your money. If you cancel payments with the bank Paidwings Ag (holding company) then instructs a German solicitor Auer Witte Theil to send threating letters asking for payments etc.
Do not pay them its a scam.
REPORT TO ACTION FRAUD AS I DID

I stumbled upon this site when researching dating sites for launching our own which will hopefully be one that delivers and is liked.
Anyway, I completed a brief profile and as soon as I realise one can’t see profile pictures I tried to delete me account which of course you can’t do and then like many of you I started getting nasty emails from why I assume is a German debt collection agency working on behalf of the Swiss Company that owns this dreadful site.

What I have done, and wht id recommend you do is to contact Action fraud and make a report of your experience. Thee report are forwarded to the police and national crime agency and as soon as you mke a report you will be issued with a reference number which if you should get any further nasty letters or God forbid a court summons or visit from a bailiff you’ll be able to quote and tell them to go away… Make a report now so that they don’t get away with Tel 0300 123 2040

I signed up to this site last year after reading a review saying it was a top site (fake) and soon realised I’d been duped….no worthy content, fake profiles etc as folk have said….no way of cancelling your profile, subscription etc and no chance of getting your money back….I’ve had several threatening letters warning me of legal action (from a German law firm) I’ve emailed them back without success, this is an illegal operation and it’ll be interesting to see just how they’ll collect monies they’re not entitled to…..

Not sure why everyone's complaining. Yep, UK-Mums is not perfect. But basically, you get out what you put in. Invest some time in a decent looking profile and try to stand out from the crowd. If you still not happy try other sites as well. Cougars69 works like a charm and I've already met several women through that site. Also try apps like Tinder and Bumble. They are not perfect for the MILF-hunting game but are also an option.

I cancelled my membership and got numerous emails threatening legal action and I have today received a letter from solicitors in Germany :)
As another review - this is a scam - these are bullies scamming money with no service.

Scam site I explained to my bank it was a scam site, they blocked future payments and "black listed the site"..... loads of reply's and allegedly women from UK the reality is its men from Nigeria, women from Ghana posing as being in UK and other people mainly Rumania using the web site to promote other dating sites..........Just push them for a face to face on WhatsApp, Skype or Google Chat. They will make every excuse and try telling that you don't trust them...any thing to not do it............ Stick to Plenty Of Fish its free!

Many fake accounts, poor customer service and no flexibility when contacting. Deleted account after 2 days due to this, contacted customer support one month later as money taken out( this was ignored and never received any reply ), 9 months later debt collection agency knocking at door. Apparently deleting account is not cancelling and non response of message to them not an excuse, Bill of over £350.. for two days use. Don't touch this or any site run by the mother company.

Update: cc company has many records of them and their unscrupulous practices and their fraud dept is fighting for my money back.

The subscription was automatically renewed and terms and conditions very unclear. Solicitors chasing now £200 bill how is this legal??

Cannot see the women in any pictures.
I've had 2 responses - one gave me WhatsApp details which was a business account and within 24 hours they were asking for Amazon vouchers!!
The second wanted me to join a second paid subscription site to chat!!

Uk-mums ypu know its a scam! This is what I did as I fell for it also

Step 1 call your bank get a new card ASAP! Contest the transaction

Step 2 Report this to action fraud or your police
Get a crime reference number

Step 3 stay calm write to these scammers asking for a full refund and also cancel all contract and Terminate any subscription, I sent these around 20 messages in 1 week ,

Step 4 They will not acknowledge termination of any contract or cancel any subscription, evan though you dif NOT agree to automatically payment ls or subscription, they will say they have close your account , Just send them one last email saying you made every attempt to close the account any contract and subscription ec
Obviously keep all the evidence that you've collected !

5 what I did then was to deleted my email address and get a new number, Ignore them at all costs do not reply everything bin! Let them waste there money and time!

6 the law is on your side they have misleading information fake messages and fake profiles, within just a few minutes of me joining I realise this, please relax I am one of you, At the very worst case scenario a debt collection person will come at your door tell them there is no contract and time to f@ck off let them take you to court which I 99.99% i doubt because there is no contract stay calm fight the b@stards!

Main thing forgive yourself, Do not engage with them!

You pay 3 months up front for “ premium membership”at over £100, to find lots of blurry photos of ladies with few details . If you respond you then receive pictures of much younger ladies offering the earth providing you join their dating websites. I asked for a refund but this is not possible . THIS SITE IS A SCAM do not waste you time or money
