So grateful my bank declined the payment and notified me which prompted me to look up the reviews for this site and inform my bank not to authorize the payment as it was fraudulent, I had lots of messages from interested "females" and I was expecting unblurred photos to be clear after paying but now I've read the reviews and realized this is not the case and the messages are most likely fakes I think I have been saved from being scammed, I just got this interesting email informing me I need to pay despite the payment failing and the account being locked, I will be telling them no and blocking them. They also "lock" your account after 14 days and force you to the payment page to pressurize you into paying. Email message:
"There was a problem with your payment
Settle open balance
Unfortunately, your payment failed. Please settle your outstanding balance of £179.40 for your premium membership as soon as possible."
So i guess I'll be getting the email from the fake German solicitor and Debt collection agency soon. Oh and by the way I did a Whois lookup on the domain name, it's owned in Germany. Well a week later and I've just received the debt collection warning, I would advise anyone who gets one of these to block all email from this site and not to respond, they don't have your address so they can't register you with a debt collection agency or send you legal notices, I used an email alias so I've blocked all the addresses they have used to send me emails then deleted the alias so everything should bounce.

Totally west of time and mostly scammers are there

Scam , signed up for 1 month , I cancelled my subscription and got a reply saying your account is closed .
Keep getting payment reminders and debt collectors have been advised .
Do they have my address on record ??

Only contacts I get are from woman who want my email to contact me so they can get me tosign up on different sites to get a dating pass.

This website is total useless waste of money and time.. Don’t use it. Don’t sigh up for anything with any kind of card payment. You can’t cancel and they will come after you with debt collectors even though you can’t get any service. You have been warned. DON’T BE A MUG, OR tHEY WILL MUG YOU. I’m waiting for a court date in order to get these money grabbers off my back. I’ve cancelled my useless subscription and they refuse to acknowledge it and are now coming after me for more money. Not paying it. Don’t get caught.

I am actually succesfully using another site at this moment but decided to double my chances so have been using Ukmums for about 2 weeks now. It pretty much looks legit to me, just wasn't lucky for now. Will certainly keep trying.

As an alternative I'd suggest to try Cougars69. Worked pretty good for me so far.

There are no words for this site you pay up front and then you cancel because you do not want to pay for another 6 months on this site . Then they get debt collectors sending you emails. 😆

Didn't even complete the online registration form as my bank stopped the card payment luckily, as they know it as a scam site. Even though no payment was authorised and my card cancelled to make sure they still send me solicitors letters from a German law firm that I since found out is nothing to do with that web site, they are using that solicitors name illegally. I have forwarded all their emails to fraud department of my local police.

If I could give these dirty low-life robbers no stars I would do. I didn't even finish my setup process to create my account with them as their website had issues so I gave up trying to set up an account.

Now I have received an email from a collection @ auerwittethiel. com stating the following.

"Unfortunately you allowed the time limit we set to pass without response and failed to comply with
your payment obligation.

A brief reminder:
You registered on the uk-mumscom Website and booked a paid premium membership. When doing
so you transmitted your personal details and, quoting your bank details, you undertook to pay the
agreed membership fee.

You still owe EUR 270,87.

With this letter we must now once again set you a preclusive time limit to pay the overdue receivable
by

15.11.2022

and we strongly urge you to make sure you comply with this deadline. Once this deadline passes we
are not permitted to grant you payment by instalments and will be unable to accommodate you any
further.

Just makes me so angry that these daylight robbers are out there trying to get people in any way possible, however, nothing ever gets done about it/them even when you report them.

As others say: signed up for paid subscription for a month, but failed to cancel within 14 days so ended up paying for two. The content of the platform us dire: bots, fake profiles, or dead profiles. All you can see, even with paid subscription, is blurred pictures and scanty, misspelled bios.

I came across this website recently and signed up for free. I was getting lots of e-mails which seemed to give the impression they were from other members on the site. I ended up paying for 3 month subscription and then realised the e-mails were from the site, not from other members. Like others have already mentioned, most of the profile pictures are hidden even after becoming a full member. I paid for full membership on Sunday 16th October and by the next day i got the impression that a lot of the profiles are fake. There's no way to cancel your membership via the website either, you have to e-mail the support e-mail address. I did this on Monday 17th October and asked to cancel my membership and provide me with a full refund as this site is full of fake profiles. I got a reply the next morning from them to say that my membership has now been cancelled but there was no mention of a refund. I'm assuming like everyone else i will get complete silence from them if i try to contact them again about my money. Others have mentioned on here about them still charging you after you've cancelled your membership so i'll contact my bank to request that any future attempt by these people to charge my credit card are blocked.

I subscribed to this site for the premium membership about 18 months ago I came across bots prostitutes and also supposedly women trying to get me to go to other site. i tried to cancel my membership/subscription but they have continued to bill me up to this day by auto renewal plus additional costs. They are still sending me emails asking me to pay this outstanding dept can anyone give me some advice.

Awful, awful site. Fake, incomplete profiles. Unable to upload photos. Vast majority of messages received asked for email or WhatsApp details, blaming no photos as reason. Quite common to see messages in same format with words (mis)spelled the same way. Refused to refund my payment even after request was placed within their criteria. Do not go near this site.

Pretty much the same experience as other users , Fake Profiles , Every contact was only after directing you to another website , Scam Fraud Platform , Avoid at all costs

Site doesn't even work. Save your money.

Thankfully I visited this site before signing up for their premium service.
When attempting to delete my profile and recover my password, told that my email is invalid.
(Soon thereafter I received an email confirming my request for deletion?)
Both unsubscribing and immediate deletion of profile require email and password.
Let’s see what happens in 14 days?

I don't have anything against anybody doing anything with their likes, but don't advertise as a casual meeting place.
1. Most of the accounts are fake.
2. Once you pay the first month, you must block the charges for next month as they subscribe to your account for next month anyways. (fraud)
3. The only people who contact you are service providers. (whores)

It's a scam it s a fraud Avoid it they show a price and then u an other higher obviously then they said something wrong you repeat and they take other different amount and then again.. and when you ast they said oh there was some errors we'll fix and refund but please you have to finalise and then again...Avoid it run away!!!!

I’ve just opened up a case of fraud with my bank for this site to get my money back. I had a Premium membership, thinking that the blurry pictures would be replaced with the genuine photo, they weren’t.
The people that responded had scripted responses, all very similar, all of them didn’t respond to questions that were asked even conversational questions, they wanted me to go other links to other websites!?
One photo of woman that wasn’t blurred sounded genuine from the write up, and then she sent me a photo (of her supposedly) and it was a completely different person and looked like a stock photo.
The site gives the impression that it’s something that it isn’t and there are similar sites with almost the same address overseas so to me it’s not authentic.
Plus they make it very difficult to unsubscribe.

Worst dating site I've ever been on and I've been on loads must 30 odd uk-mums is a 100% rip off don't join then you will regret it. Before I joined had lots of messages soon as I paid I realised all the messages were from the web site not the girls asking me to send them a message plus all the girls pictures are blurred so you can't even see there faces even after you paid. I have canceled my subscription and asked for my money back but doubt I'll get it
