I ordered two items - a top and a dress. Shipping was delayed for a few weeks but the customer services team were very helpful and responsive. Both items were good quality and matched the photos online, although there are no labels to provide details of materials and care instructions. Unfortunately the dress was much too large (advertised as UK10 which is an XL so be mindful of sizes when ordering) Again, customer services have been great at responding to arrange a replacement.

I recieved my order without error, beautiful product, unfortunately size was not right for me.
But Tashi from the customer service team has been extremely helpful and accomodating, assisting to allow me to exchange the item without issue. Many thanks.
I await my new product.

I purchased three pairs of trousers from Buddha Stones and I’m really happy with them - they look fantastic, feel very comfortable, and the is great.

I also want to mention how lovely their customer service team were. They were friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful when I got in touch. It’s always nice when a company not only sells nice products but also genuinely cares about their customers.

Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily order from them again!

Although I waited four weeks I am delighted with my copper Pi Xiu compass bracelet. I was made aware of a delay by their customer service team and was offered a compensation gift year of the horse bracelet which I accepted. Overall very happy with purchase and correspondence from BuddhaStone

I had an issue with sizes but the team could not have been more helpful. All resolved and I now have 3 pair of fabulous wide leg trousers. Beautifully made from soft flowing fabric. A very happy customer.

My order never arrived and customer services were full of excuses.
I believe this company are scammers and not a genuine company so please don't waste or lose your money to people that have no conscience in fleecing people

I’m so very delighted with my purchase of fleece lined cords! The material is superb and the quality of fabrication is testament that much care was taken.

I echo other comments re; assuming the company is UK based and you will need patience as the transportation takes time but the trousers were well worth the wait!

All through the transaction over my order l have received friendly reassurance and also a payment of a discount l had failed to activate!

I simply can’t get a straight reply to my asking where to return clothes to. I keep asking and getting nonsense replies like’try another size’ etc I would not recommend this store as it’s so hard to arrange a refund. I’ll continue to try but it’s very frustrating

Bought a pair of fleece lined harem pants. The harem pants are great - well made, fit like a glove, good fabric. Had to wait longer than expected for delivery, and then it was confused. Ordered tweo more pairs in different colours - they sent the wrong sizes. I hae delayed following this up - their responses have been prompt.

I ordered three pairs of trousers and a pair of leggings. The leggings were ok, but all three pairs of trousers were ill fitting, uncomfortable and the trousers far too short. I was told there would be a "no hassle" return, within 30 days. The order had been very slow to arrive in the first place as it was from China. I was told that if I didn't want to swap the items for other items of the same value, which I didn't, I would have to pay both an £8 fee and also guaranteed postage for return to China. This is over £25. So much for "no hassle". I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a male infinity bracelet. The quality of the bracelet did not disappoint. Unfortunately the bracelet was a wee bit tight ( My fault in ordering wrong size )

I reached out to customer service to try to resolve my error...

I was contacted by Tashi and I would have to give Tashi 10 out of 10 for customer service.....

I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone...

Ordered two dresses. Sizing is all over the place so needed to send one back. Thought I had done my research and although a Chinese company they seem to imply they had a UK hub (like Temu and Shein). But no, returns have to be sent back to China. However, customer service have now explained their procedure more clearly and have refunded my money. I am very happy with the dress that i was keeping anyway.

The cotton trousers are good quality and I liked the colour. I have had to reorder as I got the size wrong. I got a quick response saying for a small shipping fee they would send the right size

So far we have been pleased.
Sadly the ring didn't fit, but the offer of another one of the correct size only paying admin costs was generous

Unfortunately the bracelet I ordered was a size too big so I am in the process of arranging a smaller sized replacement bracelet.
I have advised them that the sizes displayed against the bracelets is not chronologically correct.
I await instructions as to what to do next having been advised that following instructions and completing the Feedback Card, included in the original package (unfortunately it wasn’t) was the most important first stage, hence why I am now completing this having been directed this way!!

The quality and design, of the harem pants I purchased, was very good.
I needed to exchange one pair for a different size and they have been nothing but patient with me during this trying process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
